'Had a great time. Building was safe. Liked that many restaurants and bars are within walking distance so no need to worry about DUI. Was clean enough, but could use a really deep clean. The shower curtain was nasty, with visible dirt on it. I soent $3 and replaced. I would also suggest updating the decorations and plates, glasses, silverwear. All was mismatched, dingy and ugly. Seriously, you could charge more if you invested like $1500 to redecorate. Having said all that, i would stay hete...
