'A great villa with real jungle feel!! We loved the house setting, great space and bedrooms, very clean when arriving and ultimate communications with their team. Rooms are large and bathrooms stable and nice. Built around two big jungle trees just nice too look at. Kitchen very well equipped. Enough towels and nice sheets. 'Lovely property that felt very safe and tucked away. We were worried about the heat and no AC when we arrived- but found that the fans upstairs and keeping the shutters open until we went to bed cooled everything down so nicely. The beaches across the street were really fun- but definitely bigger waves to play in, vs a calm water beach (which there is down the road a bit more). 'This lodge was the perfect setup for our family of 4 visiting the Cahuita area for a couple days. Immersed in nature and 5 minutes drive from the village, ideal for those looking for peace and quiet (except for the howler monkeys calls!) as long as you have a rental car.
