'Our primary objective was a clean cost-effective one night stay for a road trip through New England. This was right on the road, which was convenient but a little bit noisy at night.'

The location was great for our purposes (we come to the area each summer to see family who live just minutes away), and we enjoyed walks with our preschooler down to the little beach to hunt for sea glass. We also liked the large yard and beautiful newer deck for added enjoyment outside - the view is lovely. 'Enough beds and bathrooms for our group. Surprised that sheets were provided at the end of the beds but we had to make the beds. Fire pit was a nice feature that everyone enjoyed. The house is a bit run down - in need of some paint, the windows were dirty, and the upholstery on livingroom furniture was grungy. A few small improvements would go a long way.'

'Nice property, great location, very complete kitchen. Probably better suited for single guest as bed small, up against wall is hard to get into/out of. No privacy with bathroom arrangement. '
