'The staff members that I came in contact with were super friendly, it was clean, easy and safe parking (based on my experience & I did not have any issues), generally quiet, easy check in and check out, convenient location with many food places near by. Cal exp is super close by. I was traveling with a 1 year old and I requested a pack and play. It was already set up upon arrival. Planning on staying again soon.'

'We had a great stay here! We came here for one night for a conference. This hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the convention center. This hotel just opened this year, and it is super clean! The rooms are also very spacious! We slept great! There is a train nearby, but I didn't hear it at all until about 9am the next day. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, and the lobby was decorated for Christmas and it was so cute! The breakfast in the morning was decent, a pretty standard...

'It was definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed but if you want any privacy or to hang out this is not the spot. The staff were amazing, they have safety locks that change per booking and when i extended my stay two times totally thinking I would not but I had to. I got locked out and when I texted the property manager he was quick to call back and remotely let me in and I was so gracious I cleaned that whole upstairs, so enjoy future guests cuz it was not nearly that cleanly when arrived lol...
