Staff will get whatever you need if you prefer 🙂 The staff were wonderful, Mahmoud the receptionist is attentive and always there to answer your questions or lend you a hand. Mizirawi is family-owned and operated; Janine and Dani, the owners live on the property and are there for the guests daily....

'After visiting the hotel and looking over the premises, we decided to look for accommodations elsewhere. We cancelled our reservations for out 8 night stay. Despite cancelling, the hotel charged my credit card for the full amount for all nights claiming it is against hotel.com policy to not charge if the cancellation is late. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I understand hotels.com has a 20% fee for cancellation, so it is inexcusable for the hotel to charge me for...
