'Zeer schone hotel, zeer vriendelijke personeel, zeer centraal , lekker ontbijt '

'Still under remodeling. Any time during the day you can clearly hear drills and some other construction equipment. So if you are checking in at 1400 hours after a long trip, forget about falling asleep. Room is a-ok. The couch has very questionable cleanliness and is old. So is the carpet. There is no thermostat. It just start running heater as soon as you come in. Bathroom was decent. Breakfast menu is not bad at all and you have some choices. But you have ti pay for it. Not included...

'Zeer oud hotel waar de tegels van de muur vallen in de badkamer geen warm water en een ouderwetse kleine badkuip (vierkant) NIET BOEKEN!! Echt oud hotel absoluut geen 4 sterren, geen enkele ster waardig!'

' Large hotel with international clientele. Room was spacious and had good amenities. Good household-staff. They are next to a high-end shopping-mall (including an enormous supermarket) and at walking distance of the centre of Kyiv. Breakfast was rather complicated as there were not enough seats. Everything (& I mean everything) was pre-packed. I don't know whether this is standard or if it has a connection with COVID. '

'Excellent hotel and services. 2 weak points: Room service and breakfast should be improved (room service time and food quality and choice, especially with local food). In relation to eco-responsqbility , only towels on the bathroom floor might be changed. A sauna/ spa offer looks indispensible in our times for this level of accommodation.'

'Van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima ligging tov de stad 5 sterren waardig. Fijn ontbijt buffet en mooi uitzicht over de stad vanuit het restaurant en nog mooier vanaf het dakterras.'
