The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. '

'Rock Hall is a beautiful property that is nicely situated between several quaint towns. We loved the space and the large yard for the kids and dog to run. I do feel that it was a bit overpriced for what the house offers. In contrast to other rentals I found this to be quite stark and lacking in the comforts that I look for during a stay. 'Words can not describe the memories that were made at this beautiful home during the past week. The sunrises, sunsets, the conversations on the deck, the fun times on the water, having thanksgiving dinner in a beautiful dining room with incredible views, the list could go on. 'The house is lovely and the view of the river is gorgeous - especially the sunsets. There are huge windows looking out into the the trees and the river. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The kitchen has everything you would need - even popover pans! The owners were wonderful: when the kitchen faucet broke, they fixed it immediately.The private beach is lovely too - although we couldn't really use it that much given it was December. It would be great to come back in the summer.'
