'The house was in decent shape, but the couch was falling apart and not very comfortable. The teenagers didn't care. Location is very convenient to the boardwalk. Overall, a good place for a large group of undiscerning teens, but if you have older folks in your party that have trouble with stairs (or want to sit somewhere comfortably), there is only one bedroom on the ground floor so this might not be the best choice.'

'We specifically enjoyed the pool access since we had a 1 year old with us who wasn't quite ready for the beach. The front porch was a nice gathering place, especially in the morning when you could open the sliders and hear the ocean. Easy walk to the boardwalk, so no driving required during our stay.'
