The place was clean when we showed up. The owners communicated everything clearly the entrie time and were super nice. The town was not far away either with it being 20 minutes away roughly. The property itself is south of Ellijay, and is within 1 1/2 miles of Engelheim Winery - which happens to be one of our favorites. Upon arrival, the cleanliness was subpar, falling short of our expectations. The kayaks were super helpful - we had a great time with family.
