'Great views and a pleasant stay'

'This farmhouse was the perfect location for us while visiting family that lives only a mile down the road. It is an old farmhouse, so of course there are quirks and imperfections. The most noticeable problem was the window blinds. They are tattered and missing in many places. The holes in the bedroom blinds meant lack of privacy and lights shining in the windows at night. Everything was very clean and had what we needed for our visit. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. There...

'The location is remote but I guess that is the porpoise of staying here near the park, actually walking distance from Perry’s entrance. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with owner was great even though we had no issues at all. There were some options for dinning around town and in the next town. I will strongly recommend this property. '

'My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!'

'The house is great, bed comfy and love that it is across street from a fun Alpaca farm that we toured (and purchased a few early Christmas presents!). The owners left a light and the AC on so comfortable from the start! Also this is a good spot to use when touring around Canandaigua and Honeoye Falls. 'This property was perfect for us! We needed to host an entire wedding party for my daughter's wedding at a local winery. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and get ready the morning of with beautiful lake views. I would love to rent this property again at some point when I could enjoy just being there and not on the go.'
