'I have one way to describe our stay… “when can we book our next stay” !! From the pre trip check in on our ferry timings to the pick up and drop at the hotel, the welcome and seamless check in. It was A+ customer service all the way. The hotel is new and everything is very well managed. The spa was great- we had the signature and herbal treatment, they also made a last min schedule change as per our request. The hotel has a wonder and huge pool with a restaurant catering to drinks and food pool...

'Fabulous hotel, only opened last October. Room was so well equipped. Lovely beachside restaurant, great food. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds, pools were amazing. Beach and sea beautiful. I cannot praise this hotel too highly. Highly recommend it for a lovely relaxing holiday. '

'Mooi opgezet complex, wel geïsoleerd van omgeving en daardoor is het noodzakelijk moeten eten in het complex erg duur (zeer extreem duur in Indonesische verhouding). Twee zeer slechte ervaringen met de SPA, maar na klacht professioneel opgelost door Sellyna van de receptie, maar wel jammer, als je veel betaalt voor een ontspannende verzorging. Rietendaken gemaakt met plastic, onderhoud aan het park lijkt nodig. Overall wel positief, vriendelijke staff, maar complex is zeker niet top in...

Zwembad bij hotel was leuk, ligt alleen in de schaduw maar met de warmte van Batam is dat niet heel naar. Eten en drinken bij ontbijt was niet aan ons besteed, veel lokaal eten en het andere was smaakloos.'
