'This was ideal for a family of four with older children. We do not like to share a single hotel, and this met all of our needs. We loved the accessibility of coming and going as we pleased, and it is ground floor so there are no long Elevator waits. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a little off the beaten path to avoid the busy tourist areas. It felt like it was our own place in NYC. I would highly recommend this!! '

'This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. '

'Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property.'

'Beautiful apartment, ample space for two couples or small family. Quiet, cute neighborhood, close to subway and many convenience stores and restaurants. Kitchenette is small but has all you need for small get togethers. One flight of stairs up and an initial problem with the door lock, which mysteriously disappeared after that first encounter. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would like to return in the future!'

'My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance.'

'Appartement is fantastisch. Smaakvol, netjes, perfecte bedden, airconditioned. Kortom, prima verblijf gehad. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het appartement in Hoboken, New Jersey ligt, wat enige reistijd met zich brengt om Manhattan te bereiken. De prettigste methode is ook meteen de duurste: via de ferry. Retourtje kost $18 per persoon. Je kan ook met de bus, $7 pp, maar die kruipt door de zeer drukke Holland Tunnel.'

'B&B business in kind-of-a-hotel building. Had a lot of trouble checking in bevause i did not have an email from the owner of the room. Real small room. Shared bathroom clean but very uncomfortabel. Left after 1 night. Lots of rooms permanently occupied by Asian people. Smelly conditions because of cooking on the floors ?'

'The pictures posted seem to be of a suite, not a basic room. I had an end room, with a view of "the city" which was the subway track, and the room was much smaller than i expected. However, I had all the amenities I needee, and the hotel is right across from not only a large shopping center, but in the mix of Chinatown, so there was lots to eat nearby and the parking in the shopping center was ample. I would stay there again.'
