'The apartment and building were great, and the host was great to work with and communicate with! Lovely clean building and apartment. It’s a bit far from a subway station, but Citi bikes are right around the corner. We would definitely stay again.'

'Overall the stay was great. I would suggest the small couch be replaced. It was like sitting on rods very uncomfortable and the coffee table was very unstable and the glass kept sliding around.'

'This property is in a great location. The property itself is old but tidy and the stairs to the loft are difficult to navigate (the roof in the loft is low too, lucky I was short). The sheets were worn, the bed cover had stains and the entry to the property is not well looked after The toilet overflowed one morning and was fixed later that day. '

'Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in New York. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen geduldig. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man kommt mit mehreren Linien in Fußnähe überall hin. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die beiden festen Betten waren herrlich bezogen. Leider galt das nicht für die weiteren Betten. Das Schlafsofa war überhaupt nicht vorbereitet und die Luftmatratze war nicht aufgebaut als wir nachts nach unserem Flug müde ankamen....

'The main reason I came to NYC was to see some hockey games. One at Madison Square Garden. One at the UBS Arena. I was traveling alone. This lodging had great reviews. It's located in a safe area. The train station is about a mile away. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. UBS Arena is less then half a mile away. I arrived at night. It was easy to find the entrance. The keyless entry was easy to use. This is a basement unit. There is one set of narrow stairs leading into...

'Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property.'

'We were in town for a work event so it was close to everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable (this is huge 😂). You do hear people in the hallway and street noise so if that may bother you - bring ear plugs and eye covers. Was super helpful for us. The restaurants nearby were so great. We enjoyed our stay and glad we found this apt. '
