Beautiful home located 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, all the major ski resorts and dozens of hiking trails. Relax in the beautiful tub after a long day of skiing or hiking. Cook in the gourmet kitchen or grill out on the patio. You will love this home! Sleeps 10. Owner lives in basement with separate entrance.

Beautiful home, nicely appointed and comfortable
This house was beautiful. It had more space than we needed, and seemed to have everything you would want to be comfortable. We were in town for special training for our two dogs, and chose this particular house specifically because of the backyard. When we arrived, my husband pointed out the backyard was not enclosed! This was extremely disappointing! We were looking forward to being able to let the dogs out to play, but without the yard being enclosed, we had to keep them on a leash. It didn’t ruin our stay, but I would strongly recommend it be disclosed in the description that the yard is not completely fenced in (and, after the fact, I saw other reviews with the same comment). Also, we knew someone was living downstairs, but weren’t aware they had a dog (fortunately, we were inside when I saw the dog in the back yard). Our dogs are friendly, but since I didn’t know anything about this dog, I decided to play it safe and keep them away. It would have been nice to have been informed about the dog, and the lack of an enclosed backyard, before arriving.

Exactly what we needed and expected!
Riverton is a beautiful city with lots of things nearby to do. This home sits in a beautiful neighborhood where we enjoyed daily walks with our dog and children. We felt very safe and enjoyed a lot of time outdoors. Our host Amy was wonderful to deal with and any time we had a question, she was very repsonsive and accommodating!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home, and I couldn't be more impressed. The house was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, providing everything you could possibly need and more. Even the little things that you might forget were thoughtfully provided. Amy was kind and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible. There were absolutely no complaints from our side. We are already looking forward to our next stay here!

Beautiful Home!
We enjoyed our stay in this great home! The location is perfect to restaurants and shops. The property was clean and well kept and the rooms were open, large, bright, and nicely decorated. The property manager was attentive and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Definitely recommend! We will stay here again whenever we return to Salt Lake City!

Perfect Place

Beautiful house close to ski resorts and fine dining
The house is very spacious, well maintained and clean. You can feel that is well loved by the owners. The location is amazing in case you would like to hit several ski resorts (Snowbird, Solitude, Alta and Deer Vally) and remain close to the civilization (Salt Lake City, Park City), fine dining and shopping. Our teenagers also enjoyed the house proximity to the Woodward. Definitely coming back.

Two week stay
This house is absolutely wonderful. The master suite was great as we needed our own space for us and it had its own washer and dryer. Our son and daughter-in-law and three grandkids stayed upstairs. They also had a washer and dryer. The house is wonderful for together time, but still giving yourself some more space. The host was very responsive and wonderful. It’s a cool house. The only negative I have to say is that the backyard is not fenced in completely. If you bring dogs or kids, you have to walk the dog on a leash and stay outside with the little ones constantly, cannot leave them out there for a minute alone. Other than that, This is a great house .

Amazing Rental
We stayed here for the weekend and had an amazing time at this rental. The owners were so kind to allow us to have a fun but small gathering with our family members for my son's first birthday and baby blessing. Such a beautiful home, ample outdoor space and parking, they were stocked with everything needed for our stay, and so much space! We thought it would be weird with the owners right below us, but they made sure to try to keep their distance. I highly recommend this property for rental!
