'A very nice and well maintained hotel. Next door to the bus terminal was a pleasant surprise! Walkable to city center and quiet if you don’t mind kids in the pool. Bedding was very good and that’s the most important for us when we travel! '

'This was our first visit to Punta de Mita. We are so happy we chose Ancora, it was perfect! The space was fabulous, we loved our deck & the rooftop infinity pool & view from the amazing restaurant! 'The villa is absolutely stunning! You walk in and the view is breathtaking as you see the whole bay. The floor to ceiling doors of the main living space fully open up to the outdoor area and plunge pool. All 4 rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The bunk bed room has an incredible 96” tv. The location is perfect to get to any of the restaurants and beach clubs as well as going into town. Everything was 5-15 minute golf cart ride. One of the best part of the villa is the staff....

'La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir caminando al centro o recorrer la bahía a pie. Tienes vista al mar con habitaciones muy bonitas, limpias y con muy buen mantenimiento. La alberca es bonita, tiene dos palapas y amenidades. Perfecto para pasar tiempo en familia y amigos. Brooke fue súper amable al recibirnos '

'Simple but Beautiful property very close to the center of town but far enough that it's quiet at night. Unit was very clean and had all of the basics. The property manager was super responsive and kind and let us have a very late check out time. Thank you! '

'All went well. Items that could use some attention would be shower water pressure was very low, partner complained of mattress support (too hard/ firm?) and the Jacuzzi's were never up to the the proper water temperature of 104*F.'

'The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed at for 5 days was spacious with a big kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishes. It also had 2 large terraces for lounging and entertaining and a huge king sized bed in each bedroom with its own full shower and a washer/dryer. Everything you could ask for plus a living room and kitchen table. We loved it. We stayed at "Casa Mini"'

'The view is a million Dollar View. The place is clean and the staff was great even through my poor Spanish and their minimal English. The cutely and other Kitchen utensils where lacking a fair bit. '

'Cool little spot firther from any amenities than I anticipated. Las Islitas was a 10min drive and very cool place to hang out. The beach at Kavala was pretty good, a bit less swimmable/beach vibe than expected but great for walking up and down at sunset. Overall nice stay, just a bit of a small isolated vibe. Enjoyed the pool too, though its quite small.'

'We enjoyed our stay thought the property thought the property is starting to show sign of repairs needed on the sidewalks and concrete areas. Didn’t like the soliciting of the time share for other Iberostar properties. Especially after traveling for 11 hours and I want to get to my room and rest and relax and enjoy the oceon view that part of the trip really turned me off '

"A nice pueblito style resort. Simple but clean rooms and a great staff. There are enough restaurants (buffet and a la carte) with enough to choose from. Hygiene is checked very well by the restaurant. Enough swimming pools to find yourself a quiet spot and a nice beach."
