'We really enjoyed staying at this property! We were greeted by the friendly, Carlos, who helped us before and during our stay with a restaurant reservation, suggestions and new towels. The location relative to Punta de Mita was great: water view with easy walking access to all restaurants and activities but not in the center of it all, so it was quiet at night. There were 2 full bathrooms and the king bed was of memory foam and very comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying here!'

'Employees were very helpful, the little upstairs coffee shop was great, and they have some good food as well. The units are nice, with good finishes and nice spaces. The neighborhood is also interesting, and has many little restaurants and shops on the streets, I will be staying here again!'

'Cool little spot firther from any amenities than I anticipated. Las Islitas was a 10min drive and very cool place to hang out. The beach at Kavala was pretty good, a bit less swimmable/beach vibe than expected but great for walking up and down at sunset. Overall nice stay, just a bit of a small isolated vibe. Enjoyed the pool too, though its quite small.'

'Wonderful, small property. Rooms were perfect and nicely furnished. Breakfast was always really great. Gym on the upper floor was well equipt. Felt totally safe, comfortable and quiet. '

'We loved the property! It was quiet, clean, luxurious and close to everything! The pool was very nice and the bed was so comfortable...I could go on! Amazing place! We will return!'

'Bonjour En général nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L’emplacement de l’appartement répondait à tous nos besoins. Nous avons quelques doléances à vous faire part, 1- Le wifi n’était pas installé 2- La robinetterie était déficiente dans la cuisine ,l’eau chaude n’y était pas disponible. 3- Il a fallu demander pour une cafetière pendant une semaine. 4- Le four micro-ondes était hors d’usage durant tout notre séjour et ce même après nos maintes requêtes infructueuses, 5- Il y aurait...

'The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place.'

"A nice pueblito style resort. Simple but clean rooms and a great staff. There are enough restaurants (buffet and a la carte) with enough to choose from. Hygiene is checked very well by the restaurant. Enough swimming pools to find yourself a quiet spot and a nice beach."
