'We had a wonderful stay at the Kayleeway apartment. Good communication before check-in and well arranged during check-in. Very neat and clean apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a luxurious kitchen. Complex had a 24/7 security guard who let you into the complex. Parking bays were small but it was comfortable to park to car within the guarded premises om the complex. Complex was located on walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. 'Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation.'

' Heck in was a little intimidating, but once we got through it, realised just how good the security of the building was and appreciated the efforts. Location was perfect and felt safe during the day at all times. Room was comfy with everything we expected. Pool was crowded at times and hard to find somewhere to sit in the sun, but hey, it had a pool.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay only issues that arose were1. Towels: One full size towel per person..I requested small towels like the one for wiping hands..I never received them. 2. The shower leaks badly onto the floor in the bathroom. It is affecting the wall too.'

'Really stunning apartment but there is always room for improvement. The aircon did not work in both the lounge and bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable. Parking around the Manhattan is also a bit of a challenge. The bed was creaky and slightly dated. Other than that it was great experience, smooth easy process from booking to checking out.'

'The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service.
