'Visiting family in Franklin/Whitehouse area but wanted our own place to come back to at night and this was perfect. It's an old historic home but it appears very new inside. They did a great job with restoration and I would recommend staying. We wished there were chairs on that little back porch or the front but all else was great. I'

'We stayed here to see my 87 year old granny for the weekend its less than a mile from her home and shopping. It was easy to access, clean, quiet, had netflix, always hot water, cosy beds, the host was kind and available with communication. Deffinatley a great stay'

'Eight16 was the perfect spot for our group of ten adults and three kids. It’s beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The layout is great in that even with a big group, there’s places to go to get some social recharge. The beds were supremely comfortable. Chatting to the host was a delight. Seriously, the only negative I can think of was the lack of closet space. But aside from that 10/10. '

'This property was a short drive to the caves and water park and was very quiet. There was another group that stayed in the larger home closer to the street and we wouldn’t have known they were there had we not seen their cars. We got to enjoy the pool before they arrived which was nice. We’d forgotten our beach towels, but they were provided by the property owners. We were surprised with home made cupcakes which was a nice touch . All-in all we really loved this stay and would stay again.'

'Love to the location. Needed to stay near the courthouse and this was perfect. House was comfortable. The master bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor. There were dried contact lenses in the guest room both on top of the dresser as well as in the top drawer of the nightstand. I could understand how someone cleaning would miss looking in the drawer, but one was sitting directly on top of the dresser which means there wasn't looked at or wiped down! Other than that it was a great stay.'
