'Hotel staff at the desk or around cleaning were very friendly and the rooms and lobby were clean. The restaurant staff are not as friendly or interactive with guests. We found this to be the norm of most of Paradise Island, very little emotion, communication or smiles for travellers. Just a job to do -restaurant staff just tolerate travellers and will not care about soy or gluten allergy substitutions for meals. The resort was great, wish good service staff were friendlier.'

'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'Margaritaville it nice. However, Expedia and/or Margaritaville attempted to charge my card AFTER they received the initial deposit, which was not the agreement. In turn one of our rooms were cancelled. The hotel blamed Expedia. We attempted to upgrade the room to accommodate the party, and the desk rep allowed it to be booked while we were checking in. Overall, the service could be better. There's also a lot of miscellaneous charges to your bank account from the hotel once you get home. '

'Zeer schone accommodatie, met erg vriendelijk personeel. Elke avond happy hour met gratis rumpunch, wat fijn is aangezien downtown Nassau ‘s avonds geen optie is (te gevaarlijk). Hotelkamer prima en ontbijt eveneens goed verzorgd. Boven verwachting gezien de prijs! Aanrader! Ligt wel iets verder van strand / downtown (30-40 min lopen).'
