'Beautiful, quaint country home. So much bigger than it looks online. Very generously appointed with everything you could need. I plan to rent this house every time I’m down visiting my family in Blanco!'

'This property is vacation rental perfection, beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. The home was stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend with two couples. The setting among the fields and trees is stunning and so peaceful. '

'Great location for wineries around Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The accommodations were very roomy for an extended family trip. The house is dated but very clean! The pool was nice but not of use to us in Nov and outside lighting lit up the grounds at the back of the house.'

'We spent our 25th anniversary at this property and it was a beautiful and romantic location. I loved the updated but tasteful decorating. I grew up going to a farm in Texas when I was younger and it maintained that character while still being very beautiful with all the amenities. I hope to visit again!'

'The property was great and perfect for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed interacting with the animals and exploring the river bed. The location is close enough to Fredericksburg without being in the city. However, there was no spa/whirlpool, no satellite/cable, and no ice maker available as stated on the VRBO listing. Also, there was no wi-fi in the suite.'

'We booked this for a weekend ladies retreat and it exceeded our expectations BY FAR. It was clean, quiet, spacious and absolutely perfect. We loved we were only 6 mins from downtown as well. We highly recommend!! I highly recommend.'

Management on site the best perk you could ever want or need. Everything in the home is immaculate and well cared. A lot of thought on details went into this incredible visit to the Texas Hill Country. Private road, gated entrance and amenities all top notch. We would stay here again. Stunning. '

'From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!'

'My son’s wedding was at Stonehouse Villa in Driftwood, just 10 minutes from the house. This house was immaculate. It was perfect because we were so close to the venue. Lisa was fabulous. If I needed anything she gave me her number so I could contact her directly. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe even for a girls night and check out all the wineries and breweries near by. The prices was very reasonable as well. Thanks again Lisa for allowing us to stay in this cozy Vrbo.'
