'Lake was absolutely worth the trip. Even had kayaks and canoes. I give this place a lower rating just because the house was not up to par. It was dirty, had a weird smell, and there was mold. Housekeeping can do better'

'The property is 20 minutes from Waterville Valley resort. It is quiet and makes a good base for winter activities. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The indoor pool, hot tub and games are great for families.'

'Large clean loft townhouse that was perfect for 2 families. Full kitchen and living room/dining rooms made it a perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. Situated across from Loon ski resort with shuttles running on weekends and holidays. Only drawback was there was only 1 bathroom for 2 families. Also the hot water tank is shared among 3 townhouses so how much hot water is available for showers depend on usage of all 3 connecting townhouses.'

'The house was high up a winding mountain road and truly had spectacular views of the mountains. It had everything we needed for cooking for a large group. The owner provided excellent information before and during our trip. We were there during a snowstorm and the road was plowed quickly but definitely recommend a car with good traction as it was a little nerve-wracking driving on snowy roads. 'We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. One of my sisters said, "It was instantly like feeling at home and comfy". We all felt the same way. Josh was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We absolutely plan to come back! 'Easy to find location off a main road with. What is listed is what you get! It's not large cabin by any means but the heater kept things warm in the winter snowstorm! Note that you probably won't have cell service in this stay, but that was not an issue for us!'

'Super fun place to stay, great place to getaway for a few days'

'We are a family of 16 and have a traditional trip “up North”. We normally go to N Conway but this year some wanted to ski Loon. This house was perfect for our big group. The house is very clean and the beds are super comfy! '

'If you want to enjoy a Beautiful Cabin in Lincoln this is such a lovely spot set in back in the Woods. Fully stocked with everything you need and more. We enjoyed watching the snow fall and spent the day at the Ice Castles. All in all loved the decor, charm and the fireplace added a nice touch having it snow keeping us all cozy! 'Most dangerous environment for a family. Cabin was remotely located with no electricity and indoor toilet. Photographs posted do not do justice. I paid in full but after looking in person chose not stay because of safety, security and privacy. Staff was friendly. '
