'My son (14) and I (49) ised the cabin as a jump off spot to snowboard Cannon and Waterville Valley. It was a bit of a drive to each but worth it to hang out in the woods. I think I saw one car go by the whole time. But, amenities are not too far away. We cooked all our meals, and the knives need sharpening. '

'This is our fourth time in Lincoln and our first time at the Pemi Cabins. We previously stayed at hotels (Days Inn, Best Western, etc) and our stay at The Pemi Cabin has been our favorite. We were there for 8 nights. The cabin was cozy and looked recently renovated. We stayed in Cabin 6. 'Large clean loft townhouse that was perfect for 2 families. Full kitchen and living room/dining rooms made it a perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. Situated across from Loon ski resort with shuttles running on weekends and holidays. Only drawback was there was only 1 bathroom for 2 families. Also the hot water tank is shared among 3 townhouses so how much hot water is available for showers depend on usage of all 3 connecting townhouses.'

'Everything was as advertised '

'Perfect location and size for our Christmas gift vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Very comfortable layout affording each family their own bedroom and privacy. Large living room with fireplace was the perfect place for the grandchildren to play and a relaxing fire after they went to bed. Finally extremely well stocked kitchen.'

'We found the cabin to be fairly comfortable. The double bed in the basement was uncomfortable for two people. Some tilting of the mattress due to poor construction. The cabin could use more lighting (some strategically placed lamps.) It seemed dark in the evening. Although there is a nice fireplace, please be aware that you have to bring your own wood. Also, if you want to use the grill, you have to bring the propane tank somewhere to get it filled.'

'Most dangerous environment for a family. Cabin was remotely located with no electricity and indoor toilet. Photographs posted do not do justice. I paid in full but after looking in person chose not stay because of safety, security and privacy. Staff was friendly. '

'We hadden erg uitgezien naar ons verblijf in Bay Point van Mills falls at the lake; de foto's waren immers veelbelovend! We kregen echter niet de kamer met het raam én het zicht op het meer én het terrasje zoals op de foto, maar een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met weliswaar zicht op het meer maar beperkt en niet te zien vanaf het bed. Verder was de kamer prachtig ingericht in nautische stijl, alles nieuw in prachtig witte en blauwe tinten. Mooi meubilair, praktische badkamer. Lekker...
