We kindly ask that you follow these guidelines for a comfortable stay:

✔Please refrain from smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside, but we ask that you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
✔No excessive noise or loud music.
✔ Pets are welcome—please keep them off the beds and clean up outside.
✔ Supervise children around the gated pool and avoid glass in the pool area.

Please kindly:
✔ Clean up any pet waste
✔ Wash any dirty dishes or start the dishwasher
✔ Place towels in the garage hampers
✔ Take out the trash
✔ Turn off AC, lights, & lock the door

House Rules:

*No loud music/parties.
*Please put all cigarette butts in ashtrays.
*Please pick up all dogs poop.
*No smoking inside the house of any kinds(vape, cigarette, Marijuana...). There will be a $100 charge if you are smoking in the house!!.
*No pets on the beds or furniture. there will be a $50 assessed at time of cleaning.

*Owner of this pool accept no liability for any loss or injury.
