Deze gezellige buitengewone cottage met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is perfect gelegen in de historische King Williams Area. Mooie straten en op vijf minuten lopen naar goede restaurants, bars en de Riverwalk. Southtown gebied is de beste locatie voor alles wat er gebeurt in het centrum, congrescentrum, Tower of the Americas, The Alamo.
Vooral perfect voor Uber / Lyft-gasten of u kunt gewoon wandelen.
Beide slaapkamers hebben een queen size bedden met fris beddengoed. Er is een eettafel in het hoofdgebouw, perfect voor het ontbijt of om aan te werken. De tweede kamer heeft ook een tafel en een eigen minikoelkast en magnetron voor die koppels die niet graag delen. 😀
Elk heeft prachtige badkamers die schoon en helder zijn met een inloopdouche.
Er zijn 3 tv's, elke slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen en er is er een in de woonkamer.
Een fantastische barbecue is het met een vuurplaats. Een geweldige plek om te genieten van de heerlijke nachtlucht.

Pretty, comfortable place to stay!
My friend and I stayed in this pretty little cottage while we attended a conference in San Antonio. It was in a great location - very quiet neighborhood a quick car ride to the conference center or couple blocks walk to the Riverwalk. A number of excellent restaurants were within a short drive (some within walking distance). During our stay, we encountered a minor quirk related to the hot water but notified the owners who were very responsive. There was some hair/dust behind a couple of doors but nothing that was major. Overall, it was a clean & relaxing place to stay with eclectic furnishings and very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Loved the cottage! It was in the heart of a calm and quiet town with lots of restaurants and bars. We loved the outdoor area, where we used the grilling area twice. The host was available to answer any questions promptly and gave us amazing tips on where to visit. Would love to stay there again.

SA Weekend Getaway
We were looking for a quiet, clean, and centralized location for our weeekend in SA. We found a diamond in the rough! The neighborhood was beautiful, the main house was spectacular from the outside, and the guest house was just what we were looking for. Had everything we needed and them some! Quiet and peaceful with extras
Quiet, peaceful and relaxing but if u want fun and good food, u are close to the river walk. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking or just a cup of coffee in the AM / spirits in the PM. Bathrooms have everything one needs. We especially liked the little touches of extras scattered throughout the house…Kleenex, coasters…just to name a few. Lots of hot water and the a/c works like a charm…perfecto!

Wonderful Guest House!
The guest house has every convenience! It is simply adorable. The beds are so comfortable and it is secluded while being just minutes from the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The hosts are amazing and very responsive! Great location to enjoy my son’s Airforce BMT Graduation!!

Great Stay!
The guest house is located in a good area. It is far enough away from downtown that you do not hear any music, but close enough to walk to; we walked to the Alamo. As cyclists, the convenience to the Riverwalk was very nice as we could get anywhere without having to take surface streets. The house was clean and well appointed and the pagoda is very nice with a grill, fire table, and dinner table. The only complaint was that propane tanks were not full. We had to change them to get the grill going and did not have a full spare for the fire table. The maintenance service was quick with everything else. You will not go wrong renting this guest house!

Perfect place for 2 couples. Many places within walking area to eat and drink. Just be aware most of them are only open Thursday through Sunday. Uber rides around 10 dollars to get you to river walk area.

Charming guest house
We came to San Antonio to see and experience the river walk. This place was in the perfect location. Easy to get around. Was perfect for us four adults. Plenty of room Appreciated the kitchen being so well stocked. The patio area was quint and enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the birds.

Perfect home if you have 2 groups - need a duplex. Fabulous back yard. Fabulous location, especially if you enjoy long walks via neighborhood or river. Convenient to La Tuna, Guenther House, Liberty Bar, Friendly PLace, Rosarios, and food trucks. Very quiet. Beverley is a fascinating person and with gracious and thoughtful hospitality.

First time in TX
My husband and I were visiting with his mom who was born in San Antonio. The location is perfect. We were able to take walks to the nature trails on the river. Cute little restaurants for coffee and bar drinks. We used Uber to go downtown, it’s easier than parking. We rented a car and drove to Fredicksburg twice. We didn’t use the BBQ, but we did sit outside to play cards and drink wine. We even enjoyed Beverly’s company as well. Communication with Beverly was quick. Something we didn’t know was that it’s a community pantry. She has plenty of seasoning, coffee, flour, and condiments. She leaves plenty of paper towels, paper plates and toilet paper. We have stayed at plenty of places that don’t include anything. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Felt like home
Very happy with first view of property. Perfect for our group of 2 married couples. They even had a few frozen dinners in the freezer. We especially booked this property due to the outdoor areas. They were above our expectations. We spent wonderful evenings cooking on the grill and playing games on the table nearby. Very near the riverwalk, not quite walking distance for our group (2 had walking limitations). Would definitely rebook.

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were able to walk to some restaurants. Everything was so close by. Beverley the property manager was very prompt and responsive when we reached out with a question. We will come back when it is cooler and use the outdoor kitchen and amazing outdoor space. It was beautiful at night with all the lighting.

The property was charming and well-appointed. The location was excellent as it's close to many downtown attactions and a wide variety of restaurants on Alamo and St. Marys.
