Geweldig huis op slechts 10-15 minuten van de Alamo, Riverwalk, Sea World, Six Flags, Lackland Air Force Base, de luchthaven en vele andere toeristische attracties. Geniet van dit ruime huis gerenoveerd in 2017 met 3 slaapkamers (met 1 kingsize bed en 2 queensize bedden), 2 badkamers, een open concept familiekamer met een grote moderne sectionele en 60 inch smart-tv met uitgebreide kabel, formele eetkamer met zitplaatsen voor 6 personen, een volledig uitgeruste keuken (magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, mixer, broodrooster, potten, pannen, borden, bestek, enz.), en een kantoor met een bureau, twee leesstoelen en een draadloze printer. Het huis heeft een grote omheinde achtertuin met tuinmeubilair en een gasgrill, ideaal voor een familiebarbecue buiten. De woning is gelegen in het noordwestelijke deel van San Antonio, met gemakkelijke toegang (minder dan een mijl) vanaf de 410 snelweg. De supermarkt (HEB en Walmart) en een verscheidenheid aan restaurants liggen op minder dan 5 minuten afstand. Een van de beste voorzieningen is dat je een straat kunt lopen naar een supermarkt die zo ongeveer alles heeft. De meeste toeristische attracties zijn ook vlakbij - Alamo en RiverWalk (15 minuten), Sea World (10 minuten), Six Flags (10 minuten), Airport (10 minuten), Lackland AFB (10-12 minuten) Kom, verblijf in onze comfortabel huis en geniet van alles dat San Antonio te bieden heeft. Clean and lovely house
My daughter's family, my brother and myself stayed here for my son's graduation from Air Force BMT. It was within the 1604 Loop boundary, perfect for hosting everyone that attended and allowed my son to relax and spend time with his loved ones after the ceremonies. I was very happy to find a crock pot, which allowed us to prepare dinner ahead and maximize our time with him. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with dishes, bakeware, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, mixing bowls and Tupperware. We purchased paper plates to keep things as simple as possible, but it wasn't at all necessary. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and very clean. There were box fans, extra pillows and extra blankets in each room. The beds were very comfortable, as well. Two even had Echo devices, which we didn't realize until we were checking out. We also enjoyed the fenced-in back yard. My 19 mo old grandson loves to play outside and there was shade to be found throughout most of the day. There was also a nice patio table with an umbrella. We didn't use the propane grill, but it appeared clean and decently sized. David and Ronnie have truly thought of everything. They were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of my questions. They were wonderful hosts and I would stay here again if I ever return to San Antonio.

Great house & great location!
This house was a great pick for our short stay in San Antonio. The beds were comfortable, neighborhood quiet and quick access to everything. The owners provided excellent communication including instructions through out the house on how to troubleshoot the TVs, etc. I highly recommend if you are staying in San Antonio.

Location, Location, Location
This clean, easy to access property was centrally located from the places we visited. So close to airport, Sea World, Six Flags, Riverwalk, and North Star shopping. The house had all we needed. I liked that I didn’t need to bring hair dryer or shampoo. They even had hairspray! I wish the property had full length mirrors to check your style before an event or allow for getting ready while someone else was in the bathroom. I also wish they had clocks as I was constantly looking for my phone to check the time. I forgot my watch charger so I felt really lost. My bad not theirs. My family also noticed no clocks. Property owner was respectful and asked to be on property for maintenance and to grab something from garage. Didn’t bother us at all. They were very kind. The only hairy thing was driving back from Riverwalk at night the neighborhood a few blocks away was a little undesirable, but I did feel safe at the house. It seems to be an older neighborhood. Also tap water was drinkable, I’m finicky about fresh tasting water and it wasn’t bad at all. Great home to stay instead of a hotel. Our family of 4 adults had plenty of room to spread out, sleep and not be on top of each other. Bed was comfy. Adult kids fell asleep on couch many nights just reminiscing and binge watching old movies. Neighborhood was fairly quiet. A sweet kitty would walk by in the backyard every day at the same time. He/she didn’t get close at all but great to see every morning. We did not bring a pet.

Great location, and perfect size
This home was the perfect match for our recent trip to San Antonio. It’s location is central to everything. In 5 mins you can be at any number of great restaurants and shopping locations and are only 20 mins from the River Walk area. Very easy access to the Hwy. The house is very clean and well maintained. We had an unexpected issue with the heater one morning and after contacting the host, they wasted no time in getting maintenance there to fix the issue within the hour. Very courteous and accommodating Hosts. We really enjoyed our home away from home that week, and would recommend to other families as well.
