'Check-in was a bit bizarre because they didn't ask for any identification and the hot tub was not full, no explanation, we tried to stop by the front desk twice when staying and checking out and couldn't find anyone. Breakfast was delightful on the roof, but it's a ways away from town and felt very quiet and a bit strange with not all amenities available '

'This is a family-owned and run hotel that is next to their restaurant and tour business. We soon became family even though we did not speak each others' languages. It is next to the water and pier. We loved sitting out front and listening to the sea lions bark and watch the crabs scurrying about their business. The coveted blue-footed boobie visited each evening.'

'This family owned hotel was simply perfect in every way. They went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was delicious. When I had an issue with a tour to Kicker Rock that I previously booked, Jose was able to get me on another boat at the last minute, which I really appreciated because it was a phenomenal experience. The rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on my balcony at sunset. '

'The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal.'

'I loved this hotel. I was able to walk to the airport which was a nice change. But it is not noisy because they done take off from the airport often. The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, eggs with a marvelous view. The room is very nice and comfortable. The staff was great and Lindsey was beyond helpful. She made sure my trip was special by telling me where to eat, how to use the cabs, she just had a fantastic attitude. I really recommend this hotel. It is a few blocks from the pear but it is...
