Villa Blanca is een prachtig gerestaureerd, zes-eenheid, vakantie appartement complex, in een veilige, rustige, tuin-achtige omgeving stappen naar het strand en de promenade .... minder dan 100 stappen! Alle appartementen zijn vernoemd naar wereldberoemde stranden. Ons Pacific-appartement is licht en zonnig en bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping. Je kunt de golven horen en de branding ruiken. Dit ruime appartement met twee slaapkamers is charmant met een lichte inrichting, meubels en chique strandelementen. De grote eetkeuken is volledig uitgerust om een ​​gastronomische maaltijd te bereiden of om gewoon een picknicklunch voor het strand in te pakken. Dit is ons meest ruime appartement en beschikt over een eigen terras om te dineren. Het terrein van het gebouw bevat een barbaque-ruimte, buitendouche, strandspeelgoed, boogieplanken en fietsenrekken. Deze luxe, gezinsvriendelijke wijk ligt op een minuut lopen van alle restaurantkeuken die je je kunt voorstellen binnen alle prijsklassen, geweldige winkels, uitgaansgelegenheden en attracties. Property manager was quick with correspondence and took care of the issues we had. Property needs updated, paint would go a long way. Paint peeling around windows. AC unit or actual window fans would make the sleepmore comfortable. Hotevery night. Great location.

It was a great place. 1 block from the beach. They only have one reserve parking place. We had 2 cars. Pacific beach is very busy. So to find a parking place is kinda hard. You have to wait at least till 4 or 5 pm to find one. We managed and found one. We loved this place.

Was extremely excited to find this perfect apt home! It's just steps to the beautiful beach, strand and delicious food options/restaurants! Was happy to have a designated parking spot and all the home amenities! Cant think of anything that was needed; it was a perfect stay! Thank you and I'm sure we'll be back again!

Location, location, location!
We were very happy with the stay overall. Steps away from the beach. Tons of good restaurants within a short or medium walk. The garage door key pad was very finicky. Shower is very forceful (of note if you are sunburned!). Neighborhood can be a bit noisy so we kept the windows shut and fans on at night and all was good. All in all would recommend. Spacious. Beach chairs and towels were a plus.

Great place!
The location couldn’t be better. We were about 2 blocks north of all the bars and restaurants so we didn’t have any issues with party noise. The appliances could use a little updating but everything worked. Management was very quick to respond to any questions. Having a garage is great but we wished it also had laundry available. The property was kept quite clean and inviting. We are booked for next year!

Wonderful beach vacation place for a family
The property is steps away from the beautiful Mission beach and many choices of restaurant. The property is clean. The manager is friendly. It has one car parking which was very helpful to us. The only downside is there is no washer and driver in the unit. We had to go to a cleaner that is a few minutes drive away.

A block from the beach. It is a straight forward beachcomber experience. Nothing fancy but has all the amenities to make for a super family vacation without breaking the bank. Clean. Quiet. Beautiful setting.

Christmas Stay
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for heading to the beach, restaurants, Catholic mass, and grocery shopping. The 2 bedrooms, 3 beds worked great for our family. There were plenty of towels. We were glad to have a garage. Based on experiences with other VRBO stays, there were a few items we missed: coffee filters, tissues, and a broom/dustpan. There was no way to clean up what our shoes brought into the apartment. An information paper about the apartment would have been helpful (how to use the cable/DVD, how to turn on the heat, when the gate door by the garages was going to be locked (twice we had to walk around the complex at night to enter on Chalcedony- once in the rain), etc. An email was sent prior to our visit to give info on location, garage and apartment access, wifi, and trash removal and we referred to it often. We would stay here again.

Family time
The location of the property is great. Able to walk to the beach and a short drive to things we wanted to see and do in San Diego. Megan was very prompt to respond to questions I had which I really appreciated. The condo is a older building on the 2nd floor. It got really hot during the day as it does not have AC. Most evenings it do cool down. We all decided that the property grew on us while we were there and we enjoyed our time there as a family.

Excellent location, minutes walk to beach.
Overall place was excellent. More towels could have been available based on number of people and length of stay., we were able to get additional ones because the cleaning service was next door one day. Since there is lots of sand a vacuum would have been a great addition. The literature provided indicated the first bottle of wine was on them, we did not get a bottle of wine, so maybe update the literature if that is no longer a benefit. A deep cleaning is in need, the ceiling fans and under the fridge. We actually loved the place despite these minor issues.

Just 170 Steps to the Beach!
This is the second time we've stayed at this complex and the unit we stayed in was perfect! The kitchen was even bigger and the parking garage was big enough for my truck. Appreciate Megan, the property manager, she was quite helpful.
