Volledig opgewaardeerd, op slechts een steenworp afstand van Ocean en Bay- Central Air

Upgrade 2017. 4 slaapkamers / 3 badkamers met centrale lucht. Op steenworp afstand van het strand en de baai! Op de beste binnenplaats in Mission Beach. Het is de bovenverdieping van een duplex.

Deze vakantie-uitje is net volledig opgewaardeerd: nieuwe apparaten, kasten, kwarts aanrechtbladen, hardhouten vloeren, nieuwe ramen, overal nieuw meubilair. Het hoogste niveau bestaat uit een keuken die open staat voor de woonkamer en eetkamer, een terras naast de woonkamer (met een gasbarbecue), 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en wasruimte. De open zolder boven bevat een familiekamer, een badkamer en een tweede dek (met uitzicht op de oceaan en gloednieuw meubilair). Een van de slaapkamers heeft een kingsize bed, twee hebben queensize bedden en één heeft een queensize stapelbed. Bovendien bevat de zolder boven een slaapbank, dus tussen de 5 bedden en de slaapbank kunnen 12 personen comfortabel slapen.

Als u niet van een van de vele restaurants op loopafstand geniet, kunt u genieten van een huisgemaakte maaltijd in de prachtige nieuwe keuken. De keuken is voorzien van nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten (koelkast met ijs / water dispenser, gasfornuis, vaatwasser en magnetron). De keuken is gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft, en bevat een eiland / bar met plaats voor drie. De eettafel biedt plaats aan twaalf. De woonkamer heeft comfortabele stoelen, een gashaard, een 55 "flatscreen-tv en extra zitbanken langs de open haard. Er is zelfs een ingebouwd speelhuisje onder de trap, met speelgoed, voor de kleintjes. Een buitendouche is beschikbaar, met warm water, om het strandzand af te wassen voordat het binnenkomt.

De was omvat nieuwe, full-sized, wasmachine en droger. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere Wifi, centrale lucht, 42-inch flatscreen-tv's in elke slaapkamer, föhns, beddengoed (handdoeken, beddengoed, strandlakens), shampoo, conditioner en zeep. De carport voor twee auto's heeft de volgende afmetingen: 36 '6 "lang, 8'6" breed, 7'3 "hoog. Extra gratis parkeren is beschikbaar ongeveer een blok verderop in de stad in handen parkeerplaats.

Je kunt het tropische gevoel van Nantasket Court niet overtreffen. Sea World ligt op minder dan tien minuten rijden, veel winkels en dicht bij alle toeristische attracties van San Diego.

Great Home & Location
We enjoyed the stay and the communication with the host was superior to any other experience that we've had. The home was nice, clean, beds comfortable, well stocked. We didn't initially realize it was on the second floor but it was fine. We were disappointed we didn't have a BBQ but we used a griddle that was provided. The location is perfect, about halfway between Mission & Pacific beaches. This place is sure to please.

Best Location!
This is a beautiful beach home inside and out. Location is perfect for the complete Cali experience-short walk to both Mission Bay and Pacific Beach! The property manager, Toni, was responsive and easy to contact when needed (just for internet access). This VRBO property is a gem.

Great Getaway!
Very excellent stay overall. As advertised or better-- except NO hot tub as it still says in the listing. Please remove that. Very well stocked, nice beds and linens, fantastic kitchen and utensils. Lots of beach chairs & a bike (needs air pump) and the littles loved the play kitchen under the stairs. We were able to park two cars(one large SUV, one mid-size sedan) VERY snugly with effort, but it's much easier to park one at the free Carmel Pt. lot. Will not fault host for the "June Gloom" weather pattern ;-) Highly recommended.

Perfect house for girls weekend
We had a great time in this house. The house accommodated all of us comfortably. Kudos to those who planned this Vrbo- everything was labeled so we knew where things went, there were hooks everywhere to hang towels, and rubber mats on stairway. The house was very clean. The location was perfect. Everything we wanted was walking distance- Beach, restaurants, market. Anyone would be happy that they rented this house.

This beautiful home was the perfect fit for our family trip to San Diego: super close to the beach and a short drive to the MCRD and airport. It's spacious: we had 8 people in our group and everyone enjoyed a comfortable bed. My favorite points: close proximity to the ocean and restaurants (2 minute walk), very quiet neighborhood, and beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards for guests. None of us wanted to leave!

Daughter's Wedding in San Diego
Our daughter and her fiancé planned their destination wedding at nearby Sunset Cliffs and we were thrilled to stay at this beautiful and well-appointed condo in Mission Beach with our other kids and their families. Family and friends of his and hers stayed nearby as there are so many options in the area. EVERYONE loved the area and this beautiful condo. I am a SD native and, in my opinion, this location is the best in town. We love the beaches, Mission Bay, and 15 minute drives to the airport, La Jolla and so many amenities in between. This condo met all of our needs and exceeded everyone's expectations for an easy and relaxing time. Toni answered emails quickly and cordially with responses to questions and concerns, which were few. I highly recommend this space for enjoying a relaxing time with family and friends. The great room is fantastic.

Great place/location
The location was great. The place was lovely and had everything we needed. The restrictions are a little ridiculous. With a cleaning fee as expensive as this one, no one should be expected to do a thing before checkout. Of course we did, but they need to cut that fee in half if they are going to have cleaning expectations. Also, a rental for 10 people over an older couple? There are bound to be complaints. Overall, it was almost perfect for our group.

Flu can’t ruin a Mission Bay week
We loved having an air conditioned unit almost as much as our 1 and 2 year old grandkids loved the under the stairs play house. The parking was better than other reviews we read. Also we agree that things were well stocked and we tried to leave our own items that were sealed and worth using like paper products. The owner was attentive and especially conscience of an outside neighbor situation. Many thanks for the weekend. We wound up with all but one of us (me) getting a stomach flu. We are blaming the babies because we always get whatever their systems are battling. But we played while victims did their time and we continued to enjoy the condo and beach. We do recommend staying here.

Didn’t want to leave this beautiful home
This property worked out well for our group of 10 that included 6, 8, 12, and 14 year olds plus adults. There was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and having the washer and dryer was useful after a few days at the beach. The most helpful small detail that is missing in so many rentals was towel hooks. There are a whole row of them for the beach towels outside the front door. The bathrooms had several hooks so we could keep bath towels straight. It really helped us with the kids. Toni was available to answer questions within minutes usually. There were 5 beach chairs and plenty of sand toys for the kids. The location was perfect. The beach and boardwalk were 2 short blocks away. We walked to Baked Bear on the boardwalk one night for delicious ice cream sandwiches. They even have gluten free cookies and vegan ice cream.

So clean, beautiful with comfy beds and plenty of them. Well stocked, which is fantastic. An abundance of towels. Great showers. Parking is dicey. We had to rent a minivan with the number of kids we have. Narrow space but we did get in a few times when there was no street parking. Able to walk to mission beach and pacific beach. Loved that it was the upstairs townhouse. Quiet. Nice upstairs patio. Lots of light in the cool windows. Would stay again and recommend for sure!

A perfect family getaway
The condo was well appointed and comfortable as portrayed. Our grandchildren loved playing in the upstairs loft and our 2 year granddaughter was enchanted with the little playhouse tucked under the stairwell. It was a great place for our family holiday.

Great San Diego Stay!
We loved this property! Plenty of room for our 10 person party. The place was clean and just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Also loved that we could walk to the beach and the bay. Toni (owner) was amazing as well! One thing to know about San Diego is that it’s a big city with limited space. You will see reviews about the small parking space, but that’s just how this city is. Pretty much all housing has small parking spots. However, there is plenty of free public parking very close. We rented a 15 passenger van and had a 5 min walk from the larger, free parking spots. We had three kids in our party and we chose this rental because they provided all baby items we needed. There’s even a little playroom under the stairs that the kids loved to play in. Overall we had a great experience! I would definitely love to stay here again!
