Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious apartment. Enjoy the family-friendly Lafayette Park just stepsaway or an evening workout with views of the city skyline and the bay. Walk 10 minutes to enjoy a meal on Fillmore Street or reserve a table for dinner at the House of Prime Rib. Easily walkable to Japantown, Union Street, the Marina, and the Presidio. This is the perfect location for travel nurses or corporate executives who are traveling to San Francisco. There is a minimum stay requirement of one month.
The space
Highlights:
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked. Amenities include a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and all the cookware needed to make a gourmet meal.
Two bedrooms - The main bedroom includes a queen bed and a full-sized desk for working. The other bedroom includes a full-size bed and a desk for work. - The main bedroom features a queen-size mattress with Ralph Lauren linens. The second bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed. Extra linens and blankets are provided.
Sleeper sofa - The sofa provides an additional place to sleep and comfortably fits two adults. We provide linens, pillows, and blankets.
Entertainment -- WiFi is provided, as well as a 43" LCD TV, and Roku.
Parking - There is free parking on the street. Be mindful of parking and street-cleaning restrictions.
Laundry - There are no laundry services available on site. Washers and dryers are available nearby at Coin Laundry Wash & Fold Service. Dry cleaning is available at Pacific Heights Cleaners on Fillmore Street.
**Complimentary coffee, tea, shampoo, and body wash are provided.
**The stay includes a deep cleaning once a month. If desired, during the cleaning, guests may opt to have their clothes washed. Please contact the host if you would like to access this additional service. Routine spills and issues are the responsibility of guests.
** Recycling, compost, and trash: Guests are responsible for taking out the trash on a weekly basis and disposing trash in the correct bins outside of the front of the building. San Francisco provides three ways to dispose of trash. Recycling (blue bin) is for clean paper, metal, glass, and cardboard. Compost (green bin) is for food scraps and organic matter. Trash (black bin) is for everything else. All cardboard boxes must be collapsed and placed upright by the blue recycling bin.
**For reservations over 4 people, please make sure that you carefully read the above details and are ok with the sleeping arrangements. Only two beds and one pull-out sofa are provided. We can also provide a Pack-N-Play upon request. Please understand and acknowledge the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
Guest access
Guests may use all amenities within the apartment aside from items that remain in a cleaning closet located by the front door. It is marked “Private.” Do not remove any items from this closet.
A code will be provided for the front door and the apartment door during your stay. Guests may not access other areas of the property. The backyard is private and not for guest use.
Other things to note
Please be respectful of our home. The building is occupied by families with small children and other tenants who work from home. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay for guests.
Please ensure that you carefully read and understand the House Rules. Violation of the House Rules will result in an immediate termination of the stay.
- Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. This is a historic Victorian building, and therefore sound travels easily throughout the building. Families reside in the building, so there may be potential for some normal noise that comes with staying in a multi unit building. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respectful of the noise ordinance.
- No parties are allowed. We do not allow more than 6 people in the apartment at any time, including children.
- We have a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are welcome, they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.
- We have a 6 guest limit. If there are undisclosed guests and the number of people in the apartment exceed our maximum, the reservation will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.
- Fireplace use is not permitted.
- Backyard use is not permitted.
- Guests are expected to be respectful and clean.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed in the building.
- Guests should take shoes off inside the apartment.
- Guests are responsible for taking out the trash on a weekly basis and disposing trash in the appropriate bins outside of the front of the building. - Please only use designated makeup towels (dark blue and labeled) to remove makeup.

Additionally, please note the following items:
- Accessing the apartment requires walking up several flights of stairs. There is no elevator in the building.
- Guests should use radiators/thermostats located in most rooms to adjust the temperature. Radiators take a little while to heat up, but provide a very comfortable temperature. Just flip the switch to "Heat" and then set the desired temperature.
- The breaker box is located in the hallway within the unit.
