He was very helpful arranging things for us prior to travel, met us when we arrived, and stopped by to say goodbye when we left. 'Spent a glorious 23 days at El Zalate. Unit was perfect, clean, well-equipped (great kitchen, appliances, BBQ, fluffy towels, comfy beds). El Zalate itself is outstanding -- heated pool and hot hot-tub when it was chilly, cool pool when it was hot. Grounds are immaculate. Lots of chairs and umbrellas if needed, and endless beach to walk along. We loved walking along beach to La Comer for groceries, eating out including at Mama Mia's and getting to know all the great residents and guests at the...

'Very clean, nicely decorated condo. All the residence & fellow guests were nice. A quick Uber away from downtown San Jose del Cabo. Beach is not very swimable.'

'Alegranza is nice. However the restaurant has been closed for almost a year and the pools aren’t heated. Lounge chairs are awful. The listing is not accurate. This is not a resort type of location. Bug issue in the unit was resolved nicely and quickly. It was a good location to be able to walk to town and hotels. There is no beach access nearby.'

'An older condo in need of some cosmetic upgrades, but otherwise a very nice apartment. Well appointed with dishware, cutlery and utensils and a good array of pots and pans. AC works very well. Good location equidistant between the beach and the town. Great restaurant across the road: Claro Fish and the little coffe place Organi-K very nice too. '
