The air mattress had a hole in it, they sent someone over right away to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to at that time. Beautiful backyard area, not fenced, with some cute little visitors (quail, rabbits, roadrunners, and lizards) so keep in mind if you are bringing a dog you'll need a leash and to keep an eye out for the critters. 'This townhome is in a newish development in Santa Clara, and it's a nice place. The community facilities were great - the pool is fun (my teens loved the water slide) and we enjoyed the ping pong, arcade machine and pool table at the clubhouse. The house itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. But you can tell it's just an investment property for someone, because little thought seems to have been put into the details, other than to buy the cheapest items possible for certain things, like...

'This is a great little 3 BR condo! Has all the amenities, feels clean and feels very new. Good communication from the property manager - we had a small problem with one of the appliances in the unit, and they jumped right on it for us and got things worked out. Would definitely rent this place again if we come back!'
