'The good points are as follows - a very clean property with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The street parking was right in front of the entrance. It is a very quiet neighborhood so anyone planning on entertaining a large group with loud music won’t be appreciated by the neighbors. Things that I would improve are the towels and install protective fencing around the open fireplace.'

'The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It was an affordable studio. A toaster would have been nice to have since I just ate breakfast there and was out for the rest of the day. Property manager was very responsive. I thought it was weird that my studio patio was walled off from the pool by a 6 foot fence that you could not see over, and had to make arrangements to use the pool. I was a little uncomfortable with the neighborhood which was mainly a Hasidic community which I was not expecting....

'This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit.'

'I was in communication with Liat, the host. He answered questions quickly and the location was secure and immaculate. The photographs did not do justice and the layout was a perfect set up. That location was also within a 1/2 mile of a seminar local to the area. '

'The Bed in the unit had bed bugs. It then took an hour and a half on the phone to get a refund. No compensation or help finding anorher place to stay was given. VRBO does not help in anyway if it is only a 1 night stay.'

'The location of this beautiful Penthouse property was ideal for our stay in Studio City. Directions were very helpful and I appreciated the immediate contact from James and facetime greeting. 'Wij verbleven 3 nachten in dit appartement. Het is een heel fijn appartement met parkeergelegenheid. De keuken is ruim voorzien en er is een grote woonkamer aanwezig. De slaapkamer is ruim en het bed is ook heel comfortabel. Tevens een goede badkamer met alle benodigdheden. Met de auto ben je snel bij diverse supermarkten en restaurants en ook binnen 15 minuten ben je in Hollywood. Wij hebben het heel erg fijn gehad in dit appartement! '
