'The biggest advantage of this motel is its location! Just 2 blocks from the Santa Monica beach and on the Main Street lined with shops and restaurants. The motel has a retro feel which is wonderful. It also means that it comes with some disadvantages though. The AC is very loud and the furniture is outdated. The reception provides body boards and beach towels which we welcomes very much, great service!'

'The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA.'

'J’avais réservé avec Parking inclus et une fois arrivée sur place, ils m’ont demandé de payer le Parking un prétextant, un changement de direction en juillet. Dommage que le client n’ai pas été averti à l’avance un peu loin de tout besoin de la voiture pour se rendre à des points intéressants.'

'I was issued an upgrade, however when I arrived at my upgraded hotel they made it a whole thing and tried to say I wasn’t upgraded- and that I would have to pay and it was a scam. After speaking to the GM about it- I had been upgraded and they undid it on my arrival. Staff at Santa Monica hotel made our stay great- but the staff at their sister hotel ocean view were awful to us. '
