'This was a charming space with a great location close to the beach and lots of great restaurants and bakeries, and T'mimah was a warm, attentive, and welcoming host. We would be super excited to stay here again in the future.'

'The hosts were very welcoming and great communicators. They even arranged for paid parking in the garage. All felt so safe and quiet. The condo could be better lit with lamps for reading and kitchen rug/towels for clean up but it is a well appointed kitchen. A few glitches with a key and bath tub stopper but I'm sure they 'll get that fixed up soon. They seem very responsive!'

'Very cute apartment in a very convenient location! It's easy to walk to the beach/pier, the 3rd St Promenade, and local shops and restaurants. Also conveniently near the 10 if you want to get elsewhere in the city. The host was easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay!'

The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!'

'The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA.'
