'It’s a small, cute room. Good condition. Mini-fridge and AC were good. No coffee maker. The bathroom was really small with no counter space. I had a room with a queen bed and 2 twin beds. The queen bed was comfortable but squeaky. The twin beds less so. Clean.'

'There is no a/c on the premises which forces you to open up all the windows in order to get rid of stagnant air and/or have a chance at a cool breeze. Nonetheless, say goodbye to a quiet stay or sense of security while you sleep with unsecured windows. Free parking for one vehicle per stay; an extra vehicle is $20. Not the best rating for cleanliness. Only plus is the location.'

'My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal--one block from Santa Monica beach, two blocks to multitudes of restaurants on Main Street, and less than a mile from pier / promenade.The property was just as described. The bungalow itself was quaint and private. The furnishings and provisions were all comfortable and of high quality.The host, T'mimah, was very responsive and attentive. She even went above and beyond to ensure we had early access to beach towels, beach chairs...
