'The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA.'

'A lovely hotel with friendly, helpful employees. We spent two nights with our dog and had a very positive experience. Room 32 is on the street, but it’s a somewhat larger room. For us, the street was like white noise in the background, so we all slept great. Probably not for someone who has trouble sleeping though. There is a great dog park in the neighborhood.'

'Our host KK was wonderful! Communication was great, check in/out was easy, and our rental was spotless! The rental was in walking distance from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, as well as a number of restaurants. We were assigned a parking spot and were even given a guest parking pass for our adult daughter to use when she visited. I would recommend this rental without hesitation and would gladly stay again when visiting our daughter in LA. Thanks KK for a wonderful stay! '

'Een soort motel op loopafstand van het strand, restaurants en de Santa Monica Pier. Omdat een lamp in de kamer niet werkte werd er gratis parkeren aangeboden. Er is een klein parkeerterrein aanwezig. De kamer is netjes, maar niet erg strak ingericht wat ook weer zijn charme heeft.'
