It sits right beside Grayton Beach Duplex West, which can also accommodate six guests, so it could be perfect for separate families or friends who want to spend a beach reunion together but in separate quarters. This property is located in the charming village center of Grayton Beach and within walking distance of a unique gallery and two beautiful restaurants with lively bars. It places you a short distance from Western Lake's beautiful beach and shores. This comfortable duplex directly faces the gulf with only a white sandy lane between you and the jeweled waters 0.1-miles.

The shimmering shoreline and emerald-toned waters of the gulf adjoin Grayton Beach State Park, recently named one of the most beautiful beaches in America by Forbes Magazine. A small village dock overlooks Western Lake at the other end of the village. This precious rare coastal dune lake is one of a few found in very few places worldwide. They have a magical water composition created when dunes open a freshwater connection to the saltwater. The natural beauty of such lakes is a true treasure supporting a vast abundance of wildlife. Besides lounging on the beach and splashing around in the surf, you can catch some fish or go paddleboarding to explore this lovely lake. If you're interested in reserving a fishing charter at Grayton Beach, you're in for a treat because the homeowner resides on-site, offering daily charters all year long. Steps lead up to a covered deck at Grayton Beach Duplex West, where you can sit in chairs provided and enjoy the gulf views. The open area has a triple set of windows that brighten this lovely space and allow you to see the glistening gulf. It has an upscale, fashionable coastal décor that includes a cream-colored couch and a love seat facing a TV on a white glass front credenza. Nearby, a gray table has four charming country chairs for convivial dining. There is Ornamental art, including pastel paintings of shells and sea life. Enjoy serving your favorite drinks on the three saddle-topped stools beside a mottled granite-topped bar. The kitchen is light and bright, with plenty of white cabinetry for all your tasty treats.

A hallway leads past a powder room to the master bedroom and guest room which share a fully connected bath. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an enchanting coral wall hanging. The serene sunny guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds.

Right down the street, Grayton Beach's village center features a fun, unique gallery, and two restaurants. The Zoo Gallery highlights vibrant decorative pieces from select artisans nationwide. Chiringo offers Spanish-style tapas and drinks. South Walton's famous Red Bar, where celebrities are sometimes spotted, provides excellent dining, drinks, and live music. Awesome beach week
Great place and awesome location. Bring beach towels and a cooler. The boardwalk past the red bar is an easier way to the beach especially for those tired swimming legs! Needs a new toaster and could use some hooks to help families keep organized but great place!

Great property with active and responsive property management. Parking is incredible and you are walking on the public access to the beach, right out of your front door! Cool dining/shopping right there and quick access by car to other 30A locations. My family and I are already planning our next stay at this same location!

Great location. Attentive host. We enjoyed our stay in the center of Grayton Beach with a view of the gulf. Beach is terrific and there is so much within an easy walk. Others have commented about upgrades to the unit that would be desirable. I do agree with them.

Location, location!
We had a nice stay at this property. Accommodations are certainly not the most luxurious/updated (compared to other options along 30A), but we chose this for the location + proximity to Grayton hot spots and the beach. Check in/out times (6pm + 9am) were not ideal, but the management company was very accommodating with us when we arrived + we were able to check in a few hours early which was appreciated! We also had an issue with the hot water in the shower + the management company worked to resolve things quickly. FYI - the property does not come with any sort of beach chairs/gear, so we had to rent which was an added expense. However, the property management team recommended a company to rent from (Vacayzn) + the items were delivered to the house before we arrived. A few suggestions for the rental company: - The unit was missing coffee filters for the coffee machine - we ended up having to buy these - Providing "extras" - additional garbage bags, another role of paper towels etc. - we were limited to 1 of each, which for a 4 day stay with 4 people was not enough - The carpet throughout the home needs a thorough cleaning. There are beach burrs stuck into the carpet + every member of our group stepped on one throughout our stay (ouch!). - WiFi really did not work (despite numerous tries to reset it), thankfully we made do without, but the listing does advertise having it - Additional towels would be a nice add as well since there was no laundry on the premise

It smelled musky and the table leg was duck taped leaning. Carpet needs cleaned and replaced. It needs attention. Location was great. We didn’t stay. We were there less than 30 minutes. When by the next day and someone had blocked with their truck and boat.

Our growing family needed extra quarters this year for our annual getaway, and this property was perfect for four of our young adults. The location across from Chiringo's was super fun and the view of the ocean was breathtaking.

We had a great time staying at Sam’s place. The location is perfect! Convenient to the restaurants close by and you can walk right out to the beach. Noisy but Great Beds and Stunning Viewew
Our stay was a very mixed bag. The house is situated on a noisy corner because of the tram pick up and restaurant. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was generally adequate, but the owner did not provide hot mits for pulling things out of the oven when we let him know. The gulf view is stellar although we had to clean the windows ourselves to see out. We noticed our duplex neighbors scrubbing theirs too. The house was immaculately clean but the car port was for parking underneath was covered in a layer and generally dirty.

Hope to stay here again. It’s great!
Oh I loved this house! The location was great, the views were wonderful, it was very comfortable and very clean. However it had a funny smell to it and that’s where I took a star off. There are a couple other small annoying issues, like the toilet paper holder and hand towel holder falling off their mounts, and we didn’t have the coffee maker we expected, but the owner offered to bring one by the next day. There was very good communication concerning that. As far as communication, I feel like I got too many notices via email and text and even phone calls- all from multiple people that didn’t seem to communicate with each other. Like, too many cooks in the kitchen. The minor inconveniences we had meant it wasn’t a five-star place. However everything else was five-star. You can’t beat this location, especially to avoid driving and parking in a very congested beach town. You will hear some noise from the bars and crowds, and the house across the street is under construction. I used a white noise app at night and couldn’t hear these issues then. I just wanted to mention it in case someone is very sensitive to noises.

Great property for experiencing Grayton Beach without actually being on beachfront. Still needs some updating but Lots of Value for the price. You can walk to and maybe Crawl home from the Red Bar! We will definetly consider this Property again.
