You won't believe these views from SEAGLASS, a cozy and newly remodeled honeymoon cottage, directly on the private beach in the quant town of Seaside, hometown of "The Truman Show". Seaside is the center of 30A, and SEAGLASS is a 2-story Gulf front honeymoon cottage in the center of Seaside, recently updated and remodeled, and the perfect setting for a romantic retreat for two! Sitting perfectly behind the primary dune along the Gulf of Mexico, SEAGLASS features panoramic views up and down the magnificent private beach from its second floor covered porch, and is next to the Pensacola Pavilion beach walkover! This unit is owner-managed 24/7 so you’ll also enjoy immediate response time for any questions or issues you may have! Read the reviews! You'll feel relaxed as you enjoy this cozy getaway, featuring a newly-renovated first floor including a king bedroom with built in closets and storage everywhere!

Large, all-glass disappearing folding doors lead from the bedroom directly out to a private, dune-level, shuttered porch with a large soaking tub – another great place to relax! This ground floor porch offers complete privacy while you listen to the sound of the waves from your tub or swivel reading chairs! The newly renovated bathroom next to the bedroom features a marble vanity sink and a walk-in shower, as well as a very useful secondary sink in the nearby powder room. The ground floor also features a brand new Bosch stackable washer/dryer unit.

The second floor of SEAGLASS honeymoon cottage is the heart of the home and offers a thoughtfully-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker(s) and small dining table. A relaxing living room features a Smart TV with HD cable, wireless fiber speed internet, a comfortable, large L-shaped sectional sofa and unreal views of the emerald water. Outside you'll find a covered beachfront balcony patio with 2nd floor panoramic views up and down the incredible Seaside private community beach and its white powdered sand and emerald green and blue water. An outdoor dining table seats 4 people for sunset dinners, and an additional sectional outdoor sofa is perfect for reading and listening to the surf! Have your coffee and breakfast each morning under the covered patio while watching the paddle boarders and dolphins swim by!

Our Favorite Home In Seaside
We have been vacationing in Seaside for 20 years and we love to try a new home each time but this could be our favorite so far! If i could give higher than 5 stars, i would! Communicating with the owner was so fast and easy! The location of this home is perfect! I loved the layout of the home and the soaking tub on the outside porch was unbelievable! Views from the balcony were to die for and even has a comfy sofa for afternoon sunsets ! The attention to detail in this home can’t be beat! (from fresh flowers to comfy Barefoot Dreams throw blankets) If you needed something- it’s there! We will definitely be back :)

Out favorite Honeymoon Cottage in Seaside!
The cottage was impeccably clean with updated appliances and fresh decor. We have stayed in many of the beachfront cottages and it’s often obvious that the owner/management company just keeps them going. There were personal touches that gave us a feeling that the cottage is loved and much care is taken in it’s upkeep. The communication with Rob was so helpful in planning and executing the stay. We will stay at Seaglass over and over!

Can't think of a single thing to complain about
Given all the glowing reviews this cottage had received, we knew we weren't going to be disappointed. But we had to see it to really appreciate how lovely and welcoming this beautiful cottage truly is. Rob (our host) was great at answering our questions, and he went above and beyond to make sure the cottage felt welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the cottage was very clean. The shower had great water pressure, and the oversized tub was a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Our favorite thing was enjoying our coffee on the upstairs deck while listening to the sound of the waves... I don't think we ever left the cottage before 1:00 because we relished that tranquil time so much. The location was perfect with its relatively short walk to the beach and walkable access to restaurants and shops. We are not ones to cook when on vacation, but the kitchen was well stocked. Our favorite restaurant was Havana Beach Bar and Grill in Rosemary (ask for Brittany... she was outstanding) and our favorite bar was the Red Bar. The pizza at Amici's 30A was also a favorite. I love to snorkel for shells and there are none to be found at Seaside... but I snorkeled out really far, where the water was about 15--20 feet deep, and found some live sand dollars which I left, of course. All in all, we loved the cottage and Seaside and highly recommend both to anyone, young and on your honeymoon, or old (we're in our 70's) and still in love ♥

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. There was a temporary unit that was not adequate in anyway to cool the unit and the upstairs unit did not work at all. We felt information on the AC situation was misrepresented and we checked out and moved to a hotel.

Fantastic view and location.
Beautiful cottage and right on the beach! Nicely decorated and tastefully updated. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The view of the Gulf was spectacular, especially at sunset. Appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and wine glass collection. The cottage was very clean when we arrived. Complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch. Close to the center of Seaside with lots of shopping, eating, etc. Note: When we checked in, the-under-the-counter freezer was frozen over and not running. The property manager said he sent someone the next day who spent about 2 minutes there and told him the freezer was running! During our stay, the freezer did not freeze ice cubes (in the trays provided), and it could not keep our frozen food frozen! We drove to Publix and bought bags of ice every day. When we checked out after 3+ days, the freezer was still not freezing ice or food. We asked for a partial reimbursement for the lack of a working freezer, but have not received a reply.

Best Honeymoon Beach Cottage
I can’t express how amazing this place was. It’s said that pictures look better than it actually is but I can 100% say this place was even better in person. Rob was great in every way with communication and having the place look amazing. Well worth every penny.

I know a lot of people like to take there honeymoons abroad, but they are missing out. Our stay at the Seaside Honeymoon cottage was everything and more that we had hoped for.
