New custom home centrally located in Seagrove Beach on Eastern Lake, one of 30A's iconic Dune Lakes. The home is a 400 yd walk to the white sandy beach and an even faster paddle board ride (two SUP’s and a kayak included for your stay) to the outfall where the lake and Gulf come together. This home is the ultimate vacation haven for friends and family to gather and reconnect. You are a quick bike ride to all of the fun, restaurants and shopping that 30A has to offer. Your days can be spent exploring the 24 miles from Grayton Beach to Rosemary Beach with world class restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and fun pitstops for photos and breathtaking views of this special stretch of beach and unique scenery.

This home has three primary suites. The bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious linens, multiple pillows and blackout shades for long restful nights. Each bedroom also has a desk for the most productive go-getters in the group.

The two bunk rooms that sleep 4-each, flank a sleep-away-camp style bunk-room bathroom with two shower stalls, two water closets and a three faucet trough sink. There’s enough space for 8 roomies to get ready for a day at the beach or slumber party with their bunkmates come bedtime. Each bunk, equipped with a charging station and a reading light. There are TVs in both bunk rooms.

The gourmet kitchen includes a 6-burner gas stove, TWO dishwashers, large fridge and freezer as well as beverage fridge and wine fridge in the butler's pantry. Everything you need for cooking the most elaborate meals is provided for you. The large dining table is big enough for the whole house to crowd around and seating at the bar for any spillover. From coffee to cocktails, you won’t be lacking for any of the necessities to begin or end your day.

Take your drinks, books or yoga mat out to the back porch overlooking the pool and Eastern Lake or check out the upstairs library where you can lounge on the window seat for a bird’s eye view of the lake and Gulf of Mexico.

The media room provides another spot to getaway or pull everyone together over a board-game, favorite movie or to try for the high score on Mrs Pac Man or Galaga. This home offers spots for a lot of togetherness and places for a few quiet moments of peace.

Eastern Sunsets will no doubt become the perfect backdrop for some of your most favorite vacation memories.

Spring break with my wife, 3 kids (9, 12, 15) and in-laws. Teh property was absolutely beautiful and the location was PERFECT. It was quiet, beautiful, and such easy access to the beach by 10 min walk or paddle. Even my 9 year old was able to paddleboard on her own to the ocean. Host was excellent, not pushy, checked in via text to see if we needed anything.

Comfortable luxury in the heart of Seagrove
A great stay for the Independence Day holiday. On Eastern Dune lake, this house was in a great location for a large family, or even 2-3 smaller families to enjoy their beach stay. Plenty to do from the house including fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding from the large dock. The small dipping pool is the perfect size for a refreshing dip in order to cool off from the summer heat while enjoying the Florida sunshine on the poolside patio The house was fully outfitted with everything that you could need to enjoy your stay including a multitude of appliances, linens, and starter items so that you don’t have to go straight to the store, and also all the sporting equipment like paddle-boards, kayaks, paddles, beach chairs, fishing rods, umbrellas, etc. that anyone would need for a day at the beach. The beach was very close by and an approximately 10 min walk from the house. In full disclosure, It is public beach access and not a large beach, and so for the 4th of July holiday it was very crowded and in order to get a good spot near the water, one has to be committed to getting up early and getting your tents, chairs, etc. out there at dawn to have a spot on the beach, especially on crowded summer days. The house is very close by all of the 30A beaches such as Seaside, Grayson, Blue Mountain, Rosemary, and Alys Beach and therefore all the various restaurants, shops, fishing shops, sporting equipment rental vendors, etc. are within a close proximity and enhances this houses appeal.

From the moment we walked in this house has everything! The owner has filled the house with so many extras, thinking of everything their guests would like! The lake location is beautiful and the dock is fantastic for fishing and relaxing! The fire pit area was perfect for smores and evening family time. Pool is there for more fun! Amazing Stay!
We have stayed at multiple different properties in this neighborhood. This was by far the best house for our family that includes two toddlers. It was in immaculate condition. The playroom/upstairs lounge seating area/butler’s pantry coffee bar were amazing added bonuses. Sunsets on the lake were beautiful! Our family fished off the dock every day and the pool was perfect. Great location with close proximity and easy access to the beach. We will be back!

Oh Wow!!
This property was insane. We had 6 adults and 4 teens. All adults loved having an en-suite king bedroom. The kids loved the bunk room and the most adorable bathroom. It could not have been more well thought out or equipped. Our group and any visitors took note of the layout and features. It could not have been a more perfect design. Then you step out to fishing on the dock, refreshing swim, the always incredible out door shower. We enjoyed sunsets and bonfires off the back porch. There is plenty of parking. Wonderful Spring Break w/Family
We had a great stay at Andra's home. The kids had so much fun swimming everyday. They also loved the toys and books at the house. Their parents enjoyed the SUPs and Kayak. 2023 Holiday Vaca
From booking to checking out communication was always great and very easy. My wife and I along with our two children and grandparents stayed for the week between Christmas and New Years. Everything about this beautiful home was perfect for us! There were tons of activities for the kids and plenty of room for us to all be together and enjoy our relaxing vaca. The pool was amazing, the views from the dock were perfect, everything in the home was so comfortable, and the location will definitely bring us back to the area again. My son’s favorite part was watching the New Years fireworks from the dock! Thank you Andra!

Great Stay
This was our first time at this house, but we have stayed at another one of Andra's properties in the past. We love this location on the lake and its proximity to the beach. The house itself is incredible and has plenty of room. The bonus living space off the butler's pantry is a great space for kids to hang out. The attention to detail is great from beach chairs, to paddle boards, to life jackets, to kitchen accessories, extra firewoood, smore's kits, extra coffee and coffee accessories, etc... this house has thought of everything. I would definitely recommend staying here or at any of Andra's other properties.

30A Like we have never experienced it!
It is hard to describe our stay in this amazing home. The location, home, amenities, seriously everything was perfect. We stayed with our two daughters and their families, including 4 grandkids, ages 8-16. It was a perfect experience for all. They described it as the best of all worlds with the pool, lake, and ocean access. It was perfect for adults and kids, with more than enough space, bunk beds, kids shower area and bathroom (which were amazing! Plus lovely common space upstairs and down, plenty of room to sneak away for a quiet moment or gather a group for game night or movie night. It is difficult to describe the beauty of the home, inside and hout -- when you walked in you just wanted to tour the entire home, and then start enjoying everything. The rooms were a great size. The kitchen and coffee/bar area were perfect for getting everyone involved with meals. The stove/oven itself is huge andamazing! We enjoyed to pool, fishing and kayaking on the lake, the extmeely short walk to the beach (and we had a golf cart, but enjoyed the walk so much we usually walked). Andra was a perfect hostess, providing some special treats for us on arrival, and letting us know the minute the house was ready and spotlessly cleaned. The most fun, relaxing week we have spent together on 30A! Thank you Andra!

The BEST
We’ve been vacationing around Seagrove for six years and this is hands down the best vacation home we’ve ever rented. Check in was seamless. The home is well appointed with everything we needed for an easy, comfortable vacation. The decor and design is modern and clean. Every detail is well thought out (it’s just like the photos). Plenty of space for all eight adults and five kids to roam. The pool is a great bonus and we loved it as a beach alternative. The beach is a short walk (and that’s coming from a mom who carried her one-year-old). Andra was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. There honestly isn’t a single negative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Property and Host! You won’t find a house like this anywhere else!
The kitchen was outstanding… Well-stocked, with two dishwashers, and two sets of garbage cans along with two beverage refrigerators, and a complete butler pantry set up for beverages. Bedding was all fantastic. There were three large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as two amazing bunk rooms with a shared bath, which had two showers and two toilet areas as well as a sink for four! It was an amazing set up for a large family or for two families traveling together. Proximity to the beach with good… Beach was not crowded. Outside patio area and pier were great! The pool is not full-size but it’s more of a splash pool… But has plenty of room for small kids to sit and play… And it’s a refreshing place to cool off! There was an outside shower and pool and beach toys and chairs , as well as a kayak and a couple of paddleboards. How was stocked with paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwashing detergent… Really well-stocked. There was a game room with a video game machine as well as board games and card games which our kids used all the time. It was also an upstairs reading/toy area, which was stocked with Legos, tinker toys, K’NEX, and wonderful books! Can’t say enough about this property!

Best Vacation Ever!!!
This has become our favorite vacation spot. We have loved staying here for the second year in a row and we plan on coming back again next year. The house has plenty of space and the view of the inland lake are amazing. We loved fishing off the dock and kayaking. Was not far from the beach. We have been visiting 30A for 13 years and this is the only place we have stayed twice in a row and hopefully many more ❤️

Above and Beyond!
The house is wonderful! So well appointed and comfortable! Our family had a fabulous week of beach, pool, kayaking in the lake and using the stand up paddle boards. The views are amazing! I give this home a 10 out of 10. We even left behind some AirPods and Andra found them and mailed them to us. When I say above and beyond I mean it! Truly a beautiful house with excellent home owners!

Best beach vacation home! EVER!
Our entire crew voted this their favorite beach vacation home! Absolute perfection! You can't beat the lake activities added to your beach vacation. We fished, used SUP's and kayak - for fun, fishing and also going back and forth to the beach. The plunge pool was great for cooling off and relaxing after a hot day on the beach. We spent most of our night-time relaxing in the backyard overlooking the lake, and listening to the waves crash in the distance. The home is beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed. You can show up with nothing and be ready to enjoy yourself with all the beach accessories - umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, skim boards... you name it, it's there! The beds are top notch - so much so, we are all wondering what brand they are. Andra is an amazing host who truly cares about making your stay the best it can be! She was sweet enough to message and suggest activities for us while storms hit the coast during the beginning our stay. Wow! The home is wonderful enough on its own, but an owner who goes above and beyond makes this rental that much more special. Thanks, Andra! We can't wait to come back! Some tips for vacationers - rent bicycles. The walk to the beach is quick, and there are 2 entry points located near the home, but the bikes make it a breeze. There's no parking near any access, but there are bike racks. We also rented a golf cart and used it to drop off beach gear and venture out anywhere from the shops at the end of the street, to Publix.
