Welkom bij Stork's Nest, een van de meest ontspannende huizen aan het strand in het afgelegen South Walton. Deze 3000 vierkante voet naar huis ligt direct aan de Golf en comfortabel slaapt 20 personen. Stork's Nest beschikt over 6 slaapkamers en 6 complete badkamers met privésuites voor alle gasten en een privézwembad! U kunt tegen een toeslag gebruikmaken van zwembadverwarming. Het huis beschikt ook over twee uitgestrekte balkons met een adembenemend uitzicht op het privéstrand met wit suikerzand en smaragdgroen water. De perfecte plek om te genieten van uw koffie in de ochtend of om te genieten van de ongeëvenaarde zonsondergangen!

Stork's Nest ligt direct aan het strand in de afgelegen wijk Gulf Trace, een rustige buurt in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Het huis biedt een prachtig open plattegrond, waardoor veel mensen zich kunnen verzamelen in de keuken en woonruimtes, alle met uitzicht op de ongerepte wateren en poeder zacht zand. Met een volledig uitgeruste keuken en meerdere eetruimtes is dit vakantiehuis ideaal voor grote groepen en familiebijeenkomsten. Elke slaapkamer biedt een gedeeltelijk, zo niet, prachtig vrij uitzicht op de baai en een flatscreen televisie. Great location
We enjoyed the stay, especially the proximity to the beach. We were able to let our kids run free and still see them from the deck. The house is older and could use and updating. There is no pantry, which was a huge issue for grocery storage. Overall, we enjoyed the location the best!

The property is top notch. The neighborhood, the location, the house itself is perfect. The home is well appointed, and doesn’t have a bad bedroom or setup anywhere. All the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is even two refrigerators, plus an ice maker, which was wonderful! Plenty of chairs around the pool, and everyone enjoyed the porch swing. The only complaint I have is the house needs a good deep cleaning. If you move furniture or appliances, underneath is filthy. And there is an obvious rodent problem that the owners/realtor needs to address. Had to have maintenance come remove a dead rat, that got stuck, it was so big. trying to come out through the fireplace, and a sealed bag of nuts, that was left out, was completely chewed into and eaten.

This place is amazing- best house I’ve ever stayed at in Santa Rosa Beach. Location is perfect, large well lit rooms, incredible pool on the deck overlooking the beach. Super quiet neighborhood. I can’t think of one thing that wasn’t great.

Awesome experience, right on beach...
Big beach house, 6 rooms and plenty of extra space. Swimming pool on beach side ... ocean view while in pool. Many other properties advertise they are beach house with ocean view, but they're not actually ON the beach ... however, this beach house IS smack on the sandy beach ... love having morning coffee while looking at the sunrise over the ocean and sand. Great place .... you will love.

Storks nest
Property was beautiful! Paying to have the pool heated was well worth it. The kids spent a lot of time in it since the ocean was still a little cold. We had 17 people and didnt feel cramped at all. Only complaints were that the windows were missing the cranks to open them and the sliding doors to the porches were hard to open. The property could use a toaster. We were given plenty of towels, but not nearly enough washcloths. Was a fantastic vacation and we would definitely book this property again!

Five star was great to deal with Beautiful ocean front property Loved our time relaxing, enjoying white beaches and swimming in heated pool Great location for Sunrise and sunset Beds. Very comfortable Plenty of plates utensils etc in kitchen Highly recommend bonfire we used Anthony With Light Me Up 30A and their number is 850-381-9452. His service was five star plus! Call a head about high chairs we were told there was only one so we rented 2 There is actually a high chair and booster seat in the house Highly recommend this location.

The only thing that kept my review from 5 stars was due to a maintenance man randomly showing up (not blaming the actual maintenance man) luckily our baby was awake so his knocking didn’t completely disturb us but it’s annoying to be paying for a private home for just a few short days and they couldn’t manage to schedule the maintenance work to be done after we checked out?? The house itself was very nice and we stayed in the heated pool almost the whole time. Also none of the doors from the bedrooms opened up to the balconies aside from one. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and I suggest maybe bringing your own pillow to make sleeping more comfortable. We had a fabulous vacation and would consider staying here again. We also appreciated a high chair being there since we had a little one.

Perfect beach house
Four adults and four children stayed 1 week in Dec 2018. There was plenty of space indoors for everyone. The heated pool was used nearly every day. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Groceries weren’t too far away. We brought beach towels as recommended. The beach is clean. One day we walked along the beach 2.5 miles to the nearest shopping area with food trucks. The kids all had a blast even on the rainy day.

The house was as spacious and comfortable as we expected. The beach was awesome. Great location -- private but yet not far from restaurants & shopping. We were disappointed that the "heated" pool was not working, as advertised. Also had difficulty getting cable to work on the TV's. Had to stream Net Flix from our own account to get any shows to watch.

Amazing house with amazing views!
We couldn't have been happier with this house. It far exceeded our expectations. We had a large gathering of family and friends... about 16 and thought we would feel cramped but were not at all. The house is fully stocked with cooking supplies. There is plenty of parking. The extra fridge was a bonus! We loved waking up every morning to the unbelievable beach views! We would definetly rent this house again. We made some very special memories here!

Beautiful and perfect
We had a wonderful time at storks nest. Everything was exactly as described and even more beautiful than we thought. The pictures don't do it justice. The house was clean and well accommodating for our large family gathering.

It's was great!
Our mini family reunion, 14 people, was amazing. I loved the location and it was great to have the pool and the beach right there! Management was fantastic, fixing the air conditioner right away and getting us some board games! I would definitely book again! Thank you Storks Nest!

We just checked out this AM and I had to review immediately. The location is perfect, pool is a great addition, the house was just right for our group of 3 families with kids ranging 5-15. The management company was great, met us on the 1st day and gave us a ton of info on area. Highly recommended!

The house has a great layout and wonderful view and location. But the rental company is so slack. I told them I was arriving early and they said they would let me know if I could get in early. Never heard back. When I arrived the guy was supposedly looking over the house to make sure everything was right. waste of time. he also said he would get back to me on a few things and didn't. I went to go sit in chairs at the beach, and I knew two came with the house. They were not set up until the next morning. There were some locked up under the house but no way to use. Nice arrival touch, not. Then I decided to go for a bike ride. All four bikes were rusted with flat tires. When I went to get in bed that night there was no top sheet on the bed. I had to use the comforter to cover up to. Eww. Got in touch and they did bring one by the next day. Next I hear another room didn't have a top sheet either and I have to call again. This time they never brought one. It's not part of my idea of vacation to have to keep being on the phone over and over with the house rental company. The kitchen has the bare pantry essentials, no not even that. No salt and pepper even. There were lightbulbs burned out and rusted old showerheads. I asked for an hour later check out. Never heard back. The cleaners arrived right at 10 AM. It's fine, we were ready to get out of there but this paying top dollar you expect to actually have everything in order. And 3 nights is actually 46 hours. This was most definitely not a 5 star experience, Five Star Gulf Rentals.
