'The villa was beautifull and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very nice and welcoming. He even offered to drive us to the city to get groceries. The house had everything you needed. We were really excited about the outside kitchen with the barbeque. And we also loved the nice pool and the tenniscourt. 'We were 10 people in Villa Nina and really enjoyed our stay. It has a fantastic space in a beautiful neighborhood just a few steps from the beach and great restaurants. The check-in process is a little cumbersome in a location quite a ways away. And we had to make up the beds - not such a big deal. The place needs just a little TLC which we were prepared to give. 'We went as a group of friends for my husbands 40th. The villa was very oldie worldy with so many rooms and so much character and charm. It was just perfect for a large group so you don’t feel in top of each other. Maria the house keeper was an Angel and ever so helpful. The only downside was not being able to check in until 17.00 when our flight arrived at 9.00 it was a long day and not much nearby to stay out of the way. 'La casa es hermosa pero tiene sería falta de mantenimiento en todos los aspectos. Sin calefacción en pleno diciembre y las habitaciones estaban como una nevera de frías, las cortinas de las habitaciones no impiden la entrada de luz al descansar, pestillo del lavabo defectuoso que hizo que yo mismo estuviera encerrado dentro del baño por más de 40 mins. Cisterna del WC que se quedaba enganchada y lo dejaba inservible al uso.'

'La casa está muy bien situada y es una zona tranquila. Es una casa cómoda para toda la familia y la pisicina es una maravilla. Los problemas que tiene son de falta de mantenimiento: las manetas de las puertas están a punto de romperse (una mañana casi me quedo encerrada en el baño). La cama de la habitación grande tiene una base con cantos en punta y ha sido una zona problemática de golpes frecuentes. En el jardín hay mucha madera reseca, rota y con clavos salientes.
