'De locatie was in orde, maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Het is een goedkoop motel, dus verwacht geen 5 sterren behandeling. Helaas had dit motel de basis ook niet op orde. Alles was vies en de kamer die we kregen was niet in orde. We misten kussens, die kregen we extra nadat we daar om vroegen.het bed zat vol.met vlwkken, evenals een van de hoofdkussens. De vloer was erg vies en we vonden overal haren. We hebben het motel hierop geattendeerd en ze gaven ons de mogelijkheid om een andere kamer...

'I travel for work and am in this area often. This is by far one of the best places to stay, you won’t beat the price! Julie, the owner is one of the nicest people and I always look forward to staying here. They will cook and serve breakfast and are more than accommodating! The rooms are very clean and rustic for the perfect tucked-in-the-mountains atmosphere. Highly highly recommend! '

'The Skyline Lodge is an older property that is on top of a ridge a couple of miles outside of Highlands. The property is quite beautiful It was extensively renovated and updated a couple of years ago. Our room was large and nicely decorated. the bathroom was a bit small but fine. The restaurant is very good. It is a little pricey, but consistent with other good restaurants in Highlands. The bar is small but OK. The bartender and servers are great. There are some nits. 'The room accommodations were new and very clean. The overall facility was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Hard to describe the place but I really enjoyed staying there and relaxing. I will definitely stay again. The location is a couple blocks from downtown, easy drive, or bikes were available.'

'Really don't know how this place got such a good rating on hotels.com Yes, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, but that's about it. Negatives: Light switches not working Tv was broken Wifi didn't work Bathroom was full of mold and ants I could not stand under the shower because the shower head was so low. Breakfast didn't include bread Positives: Room was big Bed was good This place is not worth the amount of money you have to pay.'
