Locatie Locatie Locatie ... Je hebt het gehoord maar we hebben het! Deze villa is gelegen op Lido Key aan de overkant van de Golf van Mexico en dicht bij Lido Beach ..... minder dan 10 minuten rijden of parkeren! Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om door de straat naar het Ritz te lopen en te genieten van het strand en de tiki-bar! St. Armand's Circle ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen .... de villa ligt op een steenworp afstand van het verwarmde gemeenschappelijk zwembad en bovendien is er handige parkeergelegenheid voor de villa en achter het zwembad. Loop, rijd of rijd naar al die St. Armand's te bieden heeft. Veel goede restaurants, cafés, winkels en uitgaansgelegenheden! Leuke en handige villa met 1 slaapkamer en 2 badkamers op de eerste verdieping ....

Deze moderne villa uit het midden van de eeuw is precies wat u nodig heeft. Volledig gerenoveerd en ingericht, biedt het de tropische ontspannen Lido Key ontsnapping waar u naar op zoek was! Deze smaakvol ingerichte villa heeft een zwembad aan de achterkant van uw slaapkamer en een eigen Lanai aan uw voordeur om elke avond de zonsondergang te bekijken.

Twee queensize bedden in de master suite, een vernieuwde master bad, plus een nieuwe accent slaapbank in de gewelfde plafond grote kamer maakt deze unieke slaapkamer toe om te slapen 6. De villa is 584 vierkante meter.
Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer met ingebouwde Bluetooth-luidsprekers in het plafond en nieuwe tv's met een groot scherm met razendsnelle WiFi die natuurlijk hi-def multi-kanaalopties hebben. U kunt binnen blijven en koken in de nieuwe keuken met kwarts aanrechtbladen, aanrecht voor 3 en nieuwe roestvrijstalen koelkast, een ingebouwde magnetron en zwart glazen kookplaat / roestvrijstalen oven (geen vaatwasser), nieuwe kasten met soft close laden .. ... of ga eropuit en ontdek de vele geweldige restaurants op Lido Key, St Armand's Circle, Longboat Key of Downtown Sarasota, die op slechts enkele minuten afstand liggen.

Gratis parkeren, strandstoelen, parasol en grote handdoeken maken een korte reis naar het Lido-paviljoen, het Lido-strand en het openbare zwembad aan zee, een snelle en plezierige reis.

Een inspirerende wandeling over de John Ringling Causeway belandt in het hart van Downtown Sarasota en Marina Jacks, met Selby Gardens om de hoek voor nog meer opties om te verkennen. Of blijf gewoon dichterbij en geniet van Ted Sperling Park aan de overkant van de straat, waar je kunt wandelen, fietsen, paddleboarden en kajakken door de mangroven en veel tropische strandactiviteiten direct aan de Golf van Mexico en Sarasota Bay.

Simple Simon, no fuss no muss.
Perfect little spot for the 5 of us. We don’t mind sleeping as a family together as it reminds us of the old days. Stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed it very much. Simple and easy walk to town and the beach. Would stay here again.

It was a lovely place at Lido, but mattresses really matter to us and they were way too hard/firm and we didn’t sleep well. The coffee maker was the other negative, we had to make 2 pots per day. A 12 cup black and decker coffeemaker would be a great $25 investment.

This “ condo”is proof that pictures do lie. Let me start by saying that the location of this property is excellent. You can walk everywhere. The beds were pretty comfortable. However, It’s downhill from there. There is not one comfortable chair in this place and the tired sofa and chairs were filthy. We had to cover them with towels before sitting on them. Spent our brief time indoors sitting on bar stools. We eventually brought the dirty porch chairs inside. The kitchen cabinets were actually greasy. Our white socks quickly became black on the bottoms from the dirty floors. There is very little closet space, like next to nothing. The closet is filled with a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies and the air conditioner. No room to hang more than a handful of items.There is no way 6 people could stay here comfortably. It would be impossibly crowded. I woke to a giant cockroach in the bathtub. The washing machine was broken for our entire stay. Called the management four times and ,although they answered promptly, they did not do anything to remedy the problem, or return our money. We finally had to drive 20 minutes to a sketchy laundromat. The pool furniture was broken, dirty and sparse. We spent as little time as possible indoors, which was hard to do with the red tide. For the money, this place was a HUGE disappointment. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Great location. Easy check in and out. Pictures are very deceiving as far as the size. Sleeping 6 is really tight. If it’s only 2-4 people it’s perfect. Pool was nice. If you like lido key and you have a small party. You really can’t beat the price. We would go again. Just a smaller group. Place was clean and updated nicely. Shower needs some shelves for soup and shampoos so your not picking them up off the floor.

Everything you need at Lido Key
My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Good sized living room separated from the bedroom so an early riser won’t disturb a sleeping partner. Two bathrooms were a great convenience when returning from the beach. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, beach and kayaking! We had bikes delivered to do some daily riding around the neighborhood. We plan to book this condo again.

This unit is advertised as sleeping six, however it doesn’t mean it should. It is very very very small and was tight for half that amount of people - 3 adults. Upon entering the unit, it smelled very moldy and stagnant. Bathrooms were not clean with hair around the shower drains and dirty faucet handles. No privacy in bathroom off living room as the barn style door doesn’t close completely and leaves a large gap for anyone to see through. Poorly thought out design. Toilet seat in the bathroom in the bedroom is the wrong size (too small) so you’re constantly slipping around. No bath towels provided, just some beach towels and one dirty/stained hand towel. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were cheap and flat. Location is run down and a bit sketchy. I was very nervous about leaving valuables in the unit while out. Walk to the beach takes much longer than 7 minutes, especially when carry beach chairs, cooler, etc. Overall, poor design, dirty and unaccommodating. It’s obvious that the bear minimum is being done to maintain this unit. I felt ripped off as it’s very overpriced for subpar quality. Couldn’t wait to leave. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing Location - Misleading/Inaccute Desriptions
We stayed as a family of 6 - 2 adults and 4 kids. We knew it would be tight but booked late and wanted to be on Lido Key. 6 is definitely a squeeze! Absolutely amazing location - right across from Ted Sperling Park (rent a kayak and explore the mangroves!), short walk to the beach, and a lovely stroll to St. Armand's Circle for shopping/dining. The entrance to the condo is run down and shabby - not inviting. The inside of the condo is updated but seems with little thought. Beware there is no privacy in either bathroom! One bathroom door won't close all the way and the other is a sliding barn door with a large gap to the main seating area and blocks one of the wall outlets when open (or you can't open the door all the way if you are using that outlet!). Also, there is very little counter space and few hooks to hang up towels, bathing suits, etc. in both bathrooms. The walk to the public beach access is definiely more than 2 minutes (especially with chairs, umbrellas, etc.). Only 4 beach chairs provided - would have brought some extras if we knew. The pool was also not heated -- much to our disappointment since the description said it was. Beds are super comfortable and there were many fluffy towels to use. Loved the location and area - had a wonderful time but a little disappointed by the inaccurate descriptions.

The initial impression of the facilities is pretty poor- looks run down. The condo’s first impression is fine- looks updated. But be aware no closet space or very little in the utility closet Thermostat automatically revert to 78 degrees frequently day and night. It is a pay laundry - make sure you have quarters We were told the pool was heated but for the first 4 days was too cold to enter but it ended up to be lucky for us as the 5th day public health closed it down because there was no chlorine and the water was contaminated. Not one day of pool time. Also the pool furniture was dirty and pieces were broken. And there was no identifiable on site management for the complex. To make it more complicated, each unit owner seems to have different rental management The only positive is it’s close to St Armonds Square

After the initial shock. The entrance and path are shabby and the place is very small. It was tight for two people so saying it sleeps six is a stretch. On the positive side. It was clean, the two beds comfortable and the abundant towels were fluffy. It was adequately equipped with glasses and china. It is situated just 5 minutes from the Lido beach and 20 minutes stroll from St Armands Circle

Loved our tiny house!!
This property was perfect for us. The location was fabulous, we walked to the beach and to St Armonds Circle in just a few minutes many times a day. The two bathrooms was just right for the two of us. We will definitely go back.
