Welkom bij Anna Maria Island en de stad Bradenton Beach.

We bevinden ons op 45 minuten ten zuiden van St. Petersburg, op een uur ten zuiden van de internationale luchthaven van Tampa, op 2 uur van Orlando en zijn vele themaparken en twintig minuten ten noorden van Sarasota aan de Golfkant van Florida.

Ons eiland is zeven mijl lang en 2-5 blokken breed. Wij zijn een gezinsvriendelijke plek met watersporten, strandwinkels, cadeauwinkels met restaurants en vissen op de historische Bridge Street en Pier. Een gratis trolley geeft ritten op en neer over het eiland. Een nieuw fietspad loopt langs de stranden naast strandparken met barbecues en strandwachtstations. Wij zijn Old Florida - ontspannen zonder het hoogbouwgevoel.

Onze nieuw bijgewerkte appartement is gelegen in een rustige buurt op slechts 85 flip-flop stappen naar het zuivere witte zandstrand .. Dit is een hoekopstelling die altijd helder en zonnig is .. Het appartement beschikt over twee slaapkamers en een bad. Slaapkamer een heeft een queensize bed (nieuwe matras 2/2017) en 26 inch flatscreen-tv. Slaapkamer 2 bevat twee aparte bedden en een 20 "flatscreen. Beide tv's zijn inclusief kabel. De woonkamer heeft een 40 "SMART Flat screen TV inclusief premium kabel en WI-FI

We hebben zojuist een volledig re-model in de badkamer voltooid, evenals extra interieurupgrades met nieuwe verf, nieuwe binnendeuren, kroonlijsten en gloednieuw woonkamermeubilair! Zowel bank als love-seat hebben dubbele ligstoelen.

Onze nieuw bijgewerkte flat is precies wat je nodig hebt om te ontspannen.

Great location
We've stayed a couple times now and the location is great for us. Beach is a short walk, and there's lots of beach amenities supplied by the owner, so that makes it nice. The condo is a great size for us, clean, and has everything we need. We'll definitely be back!

Unbelievably Clean and Perfect Location
This condo was the perfect location, was beyond clean, neat and tidy. We were visiting AMI as Tropical Storm Debby rolled through. The owner was very communicative and kind. We did enjoy one beach day and one pool day prior to wind and rain, but no matter we had a lovely time. We will definitely be back next year.

This was a great little condo, beautiful pool, close to beach and trolley stop, all the amenities you will need. The host was very responsive, very helpful, and kind. The condo itself as well as the property was very clean. It had all.the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend this property!

Fantastic vacation
The place is absolutely adorable with everything you might need. The beds are awesome, slept really good! The host Veronique was the sweetest person to deal with. We will definitely stay there the next time we come to Anna Marie Island.

Room was well stocked, very clean and absolutely adorable! Host was quick to respond with any questions. My only complaint, well not really a complaint, but suggestion. Would be to put some umbrellas up at the pool and maybe update the pool furniture. Location was perfect....forgot to count if it was 85 flip flops to beach :-D it was a short walk though. Very pleased with our stay. Thank you Veronique!

The Condo was fully stocked and had all we needed. Loved that it had a wagon to cart what we needed to beautiful white sand beaches which was just steps away. My husband and I had a great time on the island and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. 🙂

The quiet corner unit was well illuminated with reserved parking at the entrance. Comfortable electric recliners on sofa and love seat awaited us after busy days at the beach and long walks around the island. The kitchen was equipped with necessary utensils and appliances to prepare our eat in meals. The renovated bath with tiled shower is stunning. The personality of the unit is reflexed in the unique wall art. Especially enjoyed the book of the island’s history. We enjoyed the visits with some very friendly people at the pool which was well maintained and clean. Appreciated the notice from the host on the break in water line. Luckily we never lost pressure while in the unit. I see why the unit is booked well in advance for months.

Completely Stocked
This property is beautiful and completely stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, everything yiu could ever need in a kitchen. Really comfy reclining couches. Big pool. Literally a 90-second walk to the beach. Circle K is close for necessaries. Access to free transportation. Bridge Street is so fun! Owner responds within minutes and is extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The property was immaculate. I loved being able to walk to the beach. The free trolley was an extra benefit. We rode the trolley all over the island to visit all of the shops. The owner has been easy to work with; always responding in a timely fashion. We are already play a trip for next year.

This condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The property was clean and a block from the beach. The property owner was very responsive anytime I had a question. Good for a couple or a couple with 2 kids.

Overall, a really good experience. Condo #9 is a corner condo on the second floor. Clean , great communication with Property owner and explanation of property was mostly as listed. The Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed just small but worked fine. The bathroom / shower clean ! But no shampoo or soap as noted on listing. We bought our own and left it at the condo. There was one broken beach chair and the beach umbrella was broken as well. So now the property owner is aware of this. There was only a sand bucket in the closet so we bought more sand play equipment and left at the condo. Pros: Great pool on the site and the condo is very close to the beach. Property manager leaves information on where the Beach Access are in relation to the condo as well as a lengthy PDF with all kinds of information about the island and access to restaurants, trolley and recreation. Would stay again for sure !!

Perfect Stay
Excellent place to stay. Very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. This place had more than your typical plates and utensils. Check-in was easy and the location was great. The community pool area was cleaned every day and everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!

Fun in the sun!
Cute condo very close to the beach. Lots to do starting from half a mile. Really enjoyed our egmont adventure and the wildlife preserve a few miles from the condo. Enjoyed the beach house restaurant and fried clams on the pier. Bridge street bistro was the best with a fresh catch of mahi for dinner. Liked using the monkey bus to get to destinations and then walking back. Great sunset at the Kokono hut. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch of the condo and having a night cap before calling it at night. Will definitely be back.
