✔ Life in the salt marsh is constantly changing, depending on the tide. There are four tides per 24-hour period, two low tides alternating with two high tides, each approximately six hours apart. The water, sand, soil, and vegetation are constantly shaped by the forces of wind, tidal movements, and other intricate factors, resulting in a dynamic and ever-changing ecosystem and landscape.
✔ The neighborhood boasts a vibrant mix of residents, from vacation goers to kids playing and parents strolling. I absolutely love this community.
✔ For your safety, I've equipped the house with smoke, carbon monoxide, gas detectors, water rescue equipment, along with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
✔ We’ve added extensive soundproofing between floors, but if there are guests staying under you, you may still hear occasional noise.
✔ The neighborhood is as safe as can be, and my outdoor security cameras are merely a precaution to maintain peace of mind. We will always respect your privacy and will only review footage if absolutely necessary.
✔ In addition to our standard cleaning protocol, all high-traffic areas and surfaces receive an extra disinfecting touch – because your well-being is our top priority.
