Geniet van het gulle gevoel van deze goed ingerichte Queen Anne boerderij uit 1908, afgestemd op koken en tijd delen met familie en vrienden. De enorme eettafel biedt plaats aan maximaal 10, op het oosten en het westen gerichte portieken en nodigt u uit om te ontspannen met gezelschap in de zachte kustlucht van Seattle. De bank in de woonkamer is groot en comfortabel en de keuken is perfect voor het delen van heerlijke maaltijden.

Vergeet de auto, u vindt alles wat u nodig hebt om te genieten van het beste van wat Seattle te bieden heeft, omgeven door uitstekende restaurants, boodschappen, boetieks en prachtige wandelingen in de buurt. Gemakkelijke taxirit of busrit naar Pike Place Market, de Waterfront, Safeco Field en het centrum rechts de heuvel af.

Deze ideale thuisbasis ligt dicht bij alles wat u op loopafstand nodig heeft.
Trader Joe's (4 blokken); Safeway (5 blokken) en talloze boetieks, restaurants, koffiehuizen en nog veel meer. Deze buurt is geladen met parken, een bibliotheek, een zwembad (2 blokken), een peuterbad, Anytime Fitness (½ blok) en een robuuste buurt Farmers Market elke donderdag van eind mei tot half oktober, 15: 00-7: 30 PM , op slechts 6 blokken afstand!

We zijn kindvriendelijk met roedel spelen, een stoelverhoger en wat speelgoed en boeken voor de kleintjes.

Naast de twee slaapkamers met queensize bedden, heeft de woonkamer een queensize slaapbank met traagschuim. We hebben ook 2 (4 inch) schuimkussens en slaapzakken voor de jongere mensen.

Laat jezelf binnen met sleutelcode-invoer. Check-in tijd is vijftien, check out om 11 uur. Vragen of behoeften die uw gastheer niet kan beantwoorden, Kathleen, uw co-gastheer is in de buurt om te helpen.

Er zijn 2 bushaltes die verschillende stadsroutes binnen een paar blokken bedienen. Er is ook een mooie wandeling over het 1e westen met heuveltraptreden die u naar beneden brengen naar Queen Anne en het Seattle Center-gebied. Een korte Uber- of Lyft-rit brengt u van of naar de Airport Shuttle in de binnenstad.

First off, when I saw the property listing I was interested. But when I read all the reviews and each one was a 10, I thought impossible. Well here’s my 10 rating. The home was warm and comfortable. Everything we needed (and more) was there. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and our two dogs. The neighborhood was a dream. Quiet and walkable with some pretty fantastic shops and restaurants nearby. I could go on, but I would love to keep this gem to myself. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great stay with Family in QA
House is very comfortable, well appointed, easy to access QA and not too far from Belltown. Several nice places to eat close-by. Parking for second car is a bit of a hassle, but that's Seattle. Host made check-in and instructions easy to follow. I'd definitely stay here again.

This home was absolutely perfect for a weekend away in Seattle. Plenty of space, comfortable and cozy furniture, and very responsive hosts. The location of this home was perfect for any activity in the city and is located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. My only wish is that we would have stayed longer.

The house is in a prime location. It is in great shape. Overall, we had a good experience. Note that one full bath that is listed is in the basement. Also note for the more frequent hot days in Seattle that there is central forced air for the house, but only one AC unit in the main bedroom.

Great location
The house was very clean and everything was extremely well thought out. It was so great to stroll to all the Queen Anne shops and restaurants just a few blocks away - such a lovely neighborhood - and we walked to Seattle Center several times as well. When we needed the car, the parking in back was very convenient. All in all, we’d definitely stay again.

Very nice location and good for a small family
This listing was accurate as depicted and the owner was responsive. We had most everything needed in the kitchen and the AC and window cooling layout was fine. We had no issues with internet connectivity although the tv setup was pretty no frills and not really usable with our FireStick. Be aware of any shopping trips walking down QA Hill to CVS etc., the return trip is a doozy. Great overall house layout and pretty comfortable beds. Thanks!

Beautiful home 1 mile from Seattle Center
My dog and I accompanied my dad who was coming to town for a work conference. The home is in such a great location- just a block from restaurants, a mile from the Seattle Center, and less than an hour from hiking in the mountains along I-90. The streets around the neighborhood are tight- so you if you fly in and rent a car, you might want to consider getting something on the smaller side.

Excellent location!
We had a great stay at the urban farmhouse in late April. It’s safe and quiet and well-appointed and clean. The location is excellent as a hub for seeing things. You can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and it seemed anywhere we went was a 10-20 minute drive. The beds were super comfy, the owner, Stefani, was great to work with, and we recommend with enthusiasm!

Amazing Stay in the Sweetest Seattle Neighborhood - Close to Everything
We had such a great stay in this sweat West Queen home. We truly felt like we stepped into someone’s lovingly cared for home and were welcomed with open arms. The neighbor was perfect for our family. Lots of shops and sights we could walk to and short drive to everything downtown. The home is incredibly charming, well updated and very comfortable. The beds are so cozy and the kitchen is fully stocked. We loved exploring the shops and restaurants in Queen Anne and appreciated having a Trader Joe’s that we could walk to so we could cook at home. It was a perfect few days in Seattle. Thank you Stefani and Kathleen for sharing your home with the world!

There were two couples and we really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfectly clean, well appointed, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Comfortable layout with a) bathroom on all 3 floors, b) 2 bedrooms don't share a wall, c) nice flow in living/dining/kitchen. Super quiet street. Amazing Queen Anne location. The hosts were fabulous, too!

Very Adoreable Property
This our 3rd time we have stayed at this property. We will try to stay each time we need to come to Seattle. The owner the property manager they tremendous people. Stephanie home is beautiful clean and perfect little country setting in a large city very nice we love it. We have been there so many times our little Yorkie just feels like she is in own home back in Eagle,ID. It is highly recommended stay. Jeff & Wendy and mazie.
