'What a special property. We loved our stay at your house. The location on the lake was perfect. One huge issue was the quality of the beds. They were supremely uncomfortable and the master bedroom had a very tiny bed. I slept most nights on the couch as it was more comfortable. The outdoor furnishings could Leo do with a spruce up. The couch had a moldy smell and the lot gets were plastic and some broken. Overall though we loved the stay and would definitely return to lake sebago. '

'This was a great property for bringing together the 3 generations of the family! Plenty of open area for talking, playing, eating etc. and a great location for making the most of the Maine lakes region. My favorite thing was the very long dining table that could seat all 14 of us for meals as well as facilitate multiple board games at once.'

'I would have given this property 5 stars except for the sketchy kitchen equipment. When traveling with pets it is often difficult to go out to eat. Therefore we made three meals a day and wished for 1)a toaster oven 2)electric kettle and 3) more hot pads, kitchen towels, and spatulas'

'From the very first trip. To now our 4th visit. Our closest friends and family have rented this home and every time it never disappoints. If you are looking to be off the grid and have the amenities of a hotel, but also be close to a major town if needing something. Look no further. This is the home you should rent. The best!'

'Overall cute house and it’s great it’s dog friendly. I expected dog hairs etc but found human hairs in bathroom and dirty towel hanging. Husband found floss stick on ground too. They offered to come clean it for us which was really nice, and we didn’t feel we needed. Bed and couches really comfy. Shower loud noise. Great they have laundry. Overall good stay but very much like a rustic cabin and probably needs a different cleaner'

'When we arrived at the property, it was exactly as described in the listing and even a little larger than we expected. The setting was beautiful and so peaceful! I loved watching the water from my seat around the fire and listening to all of the woodland creatures going about their day. My son also loved that it was a "classic" Maine Camp.... it was just like one would imagine. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.'

'The house is exactly what the listing describes. Best place I’ve stayed at! They had everything you could think of, and if you forget something, they must likely have it there. Host answers pretty quick. We had a great time, we hope to be back to use that beach! I was a disappointed, there was a storm coming in, so I wasn’t able to stay my full time & I didn’t get offered any kind of reimbursement for the night I missed. '

'This beautiful home was perfect for our family for six adults and four small children. We live in three different states, so coming to your house allowed us to spend extended time together. One of our favorite activities was flying paper airplanes from the balcony of the top floor to the living room. Thank you for leaving two small foam airplanes to inspire us. The living room was a great place to gather to read a pile of children’s books intermittently throughout our days with our little ones....

'Arrival to the property was much easier than expected and the snow was cleaned up very nicely. We did notice immediately on walking in that the building smelled of cigarette smoke. This was quite a big issue since we had a baby and my husband has breathing issues. We were able to air the house out enough to breathe decently. The house itself was very nice to stay in. Not the safest place for a baby with the open stairs but I didn’t expect it to be baby friendly so that wasn’t a big issue....

'We had a large group and had more than enough beds and plenty of space to hang out. Would recommend for a big group or a family looking to spread out!'

'We were three families with kids (6) who had a wonderful 3 days over the New Year. The house is clean and has everything we needed. Although we were a large group, there was enough place for everyone both in common areas and bedrooms. The winter lake views are stunning and there were plenty of options for winter hiking. Also there is a ski resort within 15 minutes drive. We definitely would love to visit again! '

'This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill...

'It was good, loved the hot tub availability. Would be nice if it was open later than 1000. Room was comfortable and clean. The hot water availability is not so great, At the end of my shower, the water was no longer hot. I do not take a long shower-5 min max, there was no hot water when my husband showered. This was at 830 in the am. Toilet also had trouble flushing toilet paper-5 flushes to get it to go down. Rm 221'
