'Beautiful, private cottage with exceptional hosts. Lisa was attentive and accommodating to our needs, and very easy to communicate with. The house was immaculate, and very thoughtfully decorated. We brought our boat and were grateful for the private dock...we had a great time fishing, waterskiing and exploring the lake as well as traveling up the Songo River thru the locks. We had a wonderful, wholesome family vacation and look forward to visiting again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!'

'This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill...

'This was our second time staying here. We really enjoyed our stay again!! My husband is originally from Fryeburg, so we come back often to visit friends and family. This is our favorite place to stay! It's extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts are wonderful! Very attentive and always respond quickly. It is in a great location with beautiful views all around.'

'Just two friends enjoying a relaxing weekend with the hot tub, take out, and movie favorites on the big screen and reclining sofa. The location is very close to shopping, dinning and outdoor activities! The bed is perfection, so comfortable!!!! I will be returning for sure! Also the host is very helpful and accommodating! 10/10 for our stay!'

'When we arrived at the property, it was exactly as described in the listing and even a little larger than we expected. The setting was beautiful and so peaceful! I loved watching the water from my seat around the fire and listening to all of the woodland creatures going about their day. My son also loved that it was a "classic" Maine Camp.... it was just like one would imagine. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.'

'We met here with family from various parts of the eastern seaboard and it was a great space for spending time as an extended family. The large open concept kitchen/dining/living are was a great place to hang out during crappy weather and the hot tub ended up being very fun. It was close to the city but was a 10-20 minute drive to everything - which can be a plus and a minus. The landlord was overly communicative and responsive to our concerns that arose and took care of our concerns and needs...
