'Very clean property, and well supplied kitchen. We were able to prepare a nice dinner for us and our son's girlfriend and parents. Comfortable accommodations and very nice to have an RO filter for drinking water. Nearby were walking trails that were also well utilized. Conveniently located for our needs. Recommended!'

'The house was as described and well stocked with all the essentials. '

'The description and photos are very accurate. The yard and view are pretty and relaxing. Everything you'll need is in the house, well stocked kitchen where we cooked full meals. Easy walking access to great trails. Grocery store is very close.'

'This property is truly magical, with views of Cathedral Rock and the sunsets. Everything was as advertised and the host was more than accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if I am back in Sedona.'

'Great house, everything was clean, great views . Over 20 of my family members stayed here for Christmas and we had a great time. The pool was very nice although too cold for us to get in. I did have some questions about the house when I arrived, but property manager did not answer.'

'The house is beautifully decorated and set in a peacful neighborhood with a very pretty view backdropped by the Sedona canyons. We enjoyed the stay very much and will look to book the home again when we stay in the area next time. '

'It was a marvelous stay. The house is in a marvelous location, perfectly equipped and beautiful. The appliances are new and perfect and so are the bath rooms. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. I worry about out of date photos when looking for VRBO's; these photos are accurate. It was CLEAN, cozy, and all the supplies looked new and/or very well maintained. As it was chilly when we were there, we appreciated the cozy blankets and fireplace. Location was perfect and quiet. Would definitely choose this condo again. Thank you Shelley for being a wonderful host!'

'This was an amazing stay! The home really supported our time together as a family with great open seating, views full of awe, and luxury space to provide fun and full relaxation. We used each feature from the hot tub to game room and cooking large meals! An extra special memory will be watching sunset from the rooftop followed by sunrise the next day. Family connecting was our biggest interest and we ALL commented on the impact the home had in creating this for us. Bonus was the Christmas...

'We loved our stay here, the kitchen was easy to use, the living room was cozy, 3 bedrooms with variety. The best part was the spacious backyard and how dog friendly the property was! There’s even a smaller side backyard if there’s multiple families of dogs. The coat hooks were well utilized with the chilly weather, and although there were not extra warm blankets for us to use; there was ductless air conditioner units for the rooms.'

'Good hiking days . Relaxing backyard. Driveway very steep bent our trailer hook up connection. No garage door opener. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Excellent bbq but no utensils. We did enjoy our stay.'

'Wonderful place....with a lot of small waterfalls,trees,flowers. Nice resort very clean,kind and friendly staff.Cozy units with beautyful surronding&full equiments.Great shower and bath. The pool great,clean,good temperature.;;perfect after a long day hike. Very handy the washing machine and dryers,very welcome after a long trip.
