The location couldn't have been better – secluded yet close to all the shops. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and their kindness was truly remarkable. I even took advantage of the husband's hair salon in Imotski . In short, it was a perfect experience, and I'm already planning to return for a two-week stay next year!'

'Bij gebrek aan een beter Nederlands woord kies ik voor het Engelse 'lovely'. Marija (spreekt alleen Duits, maar is goed te volgen) is de perfecte gastvrouw. Ik kwam met mijn reisgenootje eerder op de dag aan en we konden gewoon het appartement al in. Marija had zelfs water en vijgen uit de tuin klaargezet voor ons. Ook was het geen probleem dat twee anderen een paar dagen later kwamen. Het appartement is heel erg netjes en het uitzicht is verbazingwekkend mooi. Podstrana is een heel fijn stadje...

'Keine Schlüsselübergabe steckte am Haus. Überall dreckig flecke und Spinnweben. Bad dreckig Dusche ohne Funktion 2. Bad draußen auch dreckig Glastür wo jeder schauen kann wer vorbei geht. Pool ging nur zu warm da geschlossen und nur von außen erreicht werden kann nicht abschließbar. Grill nicht nutzbar. Küche nicht vollständig mussten Utensilien dazukaufen. War sehr enttäuscht für viel Geld nie wieder'

'The house is well positioned for local small pebble beach access. There was a lot of construction on at the time which was t explained until we arrived, it wasn’t disruptive to us but some may have found it so. This is for a new beach and apartment complex which will significantly improve the amenities and look of the area, due completion in 2025. 'One of the best experiences we have had in a privately rented out house. The owner was extremely friendly and treated us Ike family. The house is walking distance to the center of Strobrec, a suburb of Split with its marina and restaurants. There are also beaches just 3 minutes away which we enjoyed. We just stayed for one night but will definitely try to come back.'
