'The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...

Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla manager si è dimostrata non disponibile, scortese e senza pietà, dato che non ci ha voluto rimborsare per i disagi. Siamo scappati 2 notti in anticipo. 'We stayed in palace2 for a week. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Used half-board option, the food was great, the restaraunt was accomodating for vegetarian food. The hotel is 15-20 min walk from the slopes, but there is a bus. wifi in the reception area, free. Overall very good.'
