Ideaal gelegen in het hart van Sevilla om de straten en hoeken van de Joodse wijk te ontdekken, het appartement ligt op slechts enkele minuten van de kathedraal, Giralda en Alcazares.
Appartement volledig gerenoveerd, erg gezellig, met woonkamer en kitchenette, badkamer en 2 slaapkamers. in een van de meest typische en rustige voetgangersstraten van Sevilla, achter de drukke straat Santa María la Blanca en op twee stappen van de bekende culturele bar La Carbonería. INTERNET WIFI-AANSLUITING, inbegrepen in de prijs.
Het appartement is gelegen in het kader van verzamelde en stille straten van de Sevilliaanse Joodse wijk in een van de meest gefotografeerde straten in Sevilla, waar twee oude gebouwen, het Altamira-paleis en het Casa de los Padilla, hoog aantrekken een dikke wijnstok die schaduwt en de straat verfrist. The apartment couldn’t have been in a better location, walking distance to the Cathedral, Real Alcázar, Plaza de España and many cafes and restaurants. Victor suggested places to eat and entertainment including a free flamenco show very close to the apartment (get there early for a good seat).

Tina is a fantastic host, very helpful and will answer questions. She follows up with her messages and her recommendations are very helpful. The apartment is quiet and beautiful. Supplies are readily available and is not scarce unlike other places to stay at. Excellent set of appliances. The minor issues I have: 1. The property may have been a little cold during our January stay. It takes a bit of time for the heating equipment to warm up the room. 2. The shower is small but usable. 3. There is no elevator, so be mindful if you have suitcases. You will need to carry them up two floors. 4. No window views to the street. The window view available is through a light well where you would also hang your clothes. Again, these issues were very small. It was an excellent place to stay at and I would stay here again in the future.

Delightful apartment

Tina's place is great for exploring the best of Sevilla. This was my second time in Sevilla and I enjoyed it more this time, because of the great location. It's located on a charming street, and close to many of the popular sites in Sevilla. Tina was a great host, who was friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived late, and despite this, was gracious in providing a detailed walkthrough of Sevilla. It helped us enjoy our stay more. Thanks!

Découverte de Séville
Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement. Très propre et remarquablement situé, il permet vraiment de parcourir tous les lieux intéressants de Séville sans prendre les transports en commun et ça c'est vraiment génial ! Par ailleurs ce logement est très bien équipé et comporte beaucoup de documentations pour les touristes. On trouve également juste à côté des commerces et des restaurants. Le seul point négatif de cet appartement est l'insonorisation : quand les voisins parlaient, on avait parfois l'impression qu'ils étaient dans la même pièce que nous et ça n'aidait pas vraiment à trouver le repos après de longues journées de marche. Nous avons cependant pu profiter du séjour car Séville est une ville qui regorge de richesses et de beautés. Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité incroyables. Très communicatifs et très instruits, ils nous ont beaucoup appris sur l'histoire de la ville et se sont montrés extrêmement accueillants. Nous avons eu des discussions très intéressantes et très agréables avec eux. Ils ont toujours répondu à nos questions avec rapidité et amabilité. Merci beaucoup à Tina et à Victor !

PERFECT HOSTS, PROPERTY AND LOCATION
The property was immaculate and overstocked! Enough toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry soap, hand soap, fresh oranges and other necessities and pleasures to last our four week stay. Even this paled in comparison to the attention and help provided by our hosts. Every need was handled by Victor and Tina immediately and to perfection. Location couldn't be better. Even with a cane and a limp the Cathedral is only a 10 minute walk.

Ideal location for city
This property was ideal for the 5 days we stayed in Seville. So much choice for dining out and lots of shops for self catering. The best thing about this property was actually Tina who rents it out. Tina was very attentive and easy to communicate with she gave lots of information about where to go and what to do. I also have to pay a special thanks to Victor who picked us up from the airport he was very helpful. Location, location, location
We're very satisfied with the apartment. The location can't be better. It's walking distance to all the best places. Everything you need is virtually just around the corner. Make sure not to miss the local Flamenco club near by. It's really great and the show is free of charge with very cheap beer and snacks. For eating there are plenty of good tapes bars to choose from . Well stocked supermarket, MAS, is close by. There's a taxi stand nearby is you need one. The apartment itself is very well maintained, but it is also very small. The hosts Victor and Tina are charming people. All in all a great place in truly beautiful city.

Wonderful Stay in Sevilla
This apartment is a great find!! We loved it. It is well located ,so we could walk everywhere in Sevilla. It was clean, well equipt, wifi worked well, and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Victor picked us up at the airport and gave us tips about the city. Tina met us at the apartment and went over all the details and how to use the washer !!
