'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. 'This place was the perfect hikers cabin. Great location close to both St. Mary's and Many Glacier entrances to the park which have the best hikes....just make sure you have your daily car permit reserved in advance. The cabin was wonderfully cozy to return to after a full day of hiking. The hosts were helpful and attentive. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked with lots of extra thoughtful items (like spices and butter should you forget to bring). Hope to be back again!'

The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores. One thing which was very good was the buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and very tasty. It did only start at 7am though, which is not handy if you want to get started early at Glacier NP. The hotel is kind of close to the park, but it is still a rather long drive. In summary, it was definitely not worth the price we paid for the hotel."
