'Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed & great location! The beds were amazingly comfortable which is very hard to find with our bad backs. Sue made sure we had all we needed with some yummy supplies on arrival down to the quality toilet paper (it’s the little things that count) 😉 Our little toy poodle was very happy with the little fenced back yard & beautiful park to walk through just around the corner 😍 We look forward to staying here again!'

'We found that we needed to wear thongs in the bathroom. The taps were mouldy and green in colour. The surfaces throughout were sticky and the walls were marked with dirty spots. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The wardrobe door would not open, so I was unable to hang my clothes or reach the iron to press them. The overall standard of cleanliness was below standard and a health issue. The toilet roll holder was disgusting with built up greasy grim, and the toilet paper was only one ply....

'The unit was dirt from the moment we opened the door. There was hair on the floor and the carpet. The carpet is so badly stained and dirty it needs to be replaced. The lounge has a large hole in it. The TV didnt work properly it had double vision. The bathroom was not cleaned and also had someones hair on the floor. The bed had a plastic protector on it so it sounded and felt terrible and the bed was rock hard. The side tables were covered in dust. There was only one bin liner for a week the...

'Room smelt moldy, bathroom could use a good scrub and bleach! Location good, Hotel was hostile towards Airtrip customers. I did not like using key box and at night as area was not lit.'

'The check in process was rubbish. No Key in the safe box. Had to contact Host. They said key was dropped in safe at 1:20. Rubbish. Key wasn't dropped in until 3:30pm after our phone call.. cleaner came into our apartment halfway through the stay one morning without any knock on the door. Would not recommend booking through Stayz again.'

'Communication very difficult with Airtrip rep. Mobile ph number which isn't answered and txts messages not responded to. A $500.00 hold on CC required and not told until checking in. To be released five days post departure is too long. Very limited pots, cutlery and crockery. Dishwasher not cleaning properly. Good washing machine. Only one dining chair when photo showed 4...not easy when two guests checked in for 5 days...Kitchen light broken on arrival and reported with no acknowledgement. '

'If you like smelling mould coming from Your air conditioning- book here…. Hardly any lights working and toilet button not working. Would have like to have known when booking that this is through a third party as well which requires more booking details . '

'Prachtig aan de rivier gelegen appartement met vanaf het terras mooi uitzicht! Zeer netjes en compleet ingericht. Ligging naast centrum, shopping mall en blue lagoon-zwempark is ook erg plezierig. Wifi-voorziening laat alleen wel te wensen over (is beperkt)'

'Top top locatie Rivièra Mackay! Prachtig hotel. Alles keurig netjes en sfeervol ingericht. We hadden een prachtig appartement op de zevende verdieping. Heel groot balkon met uitzicht op de rivier en brug. In de verte lagen de zeeschepen voor rede. Het hotel ligt in een moderne omgeving waar ook nog wat huizen tussen staan van weleer. Je kunt over boulevard langs rivier wandelen richting een giga nieuw winkelcentrum. De kamer is heel groot. Aparte slaapkamer. Goede douche. Keukenfaciliteit...
