'Really enjoyed our stay at Fuji Premium Resort hotel. I got a room that has two bedrooms in it, probably the biggest room we ever had from all of our stays in Japan. It has a separate sunroom and living room and a kitchen. Hotel staff was friendly as well. The laundry machine is free to use, you only need to pay for using the dryer. I had a big load of washing and only needed 300 yen for the dryer and my laundry was perfectly dry when I pick them up. Parking is free too. You do need to drive out...

'Pictures were looking nice on Expedia. However we got assigned a room on the first floor. The hallway and the room smelled moldy. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the WiFi didn’t work. After checkout, they first wanted to charge us double the price while we already paid the full amount through Expedia. After arguing they finally agreed it was alright. We still had to pay 600¥ for usage of the onsen. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.'
