'The property was A+. Clean, quiet, just enough room for 2 people. Better than any hotel. Advice - We walk an average of 2-5 miles a day and had no problems walking to the mall. If you are not “walk fit” our recommendation is to Uber to the closest train station to start your sight seeing.'

'Didn't realize it was a basement unit, but it was in a quiet neighborhood. It costs only around 10 dollars to get a Uber to the museums and national malls. And a safe walk to some fun restaurants around. '

'This property is by far one of the best instayed. Very spacious, comfortable beds and in a beautiful quiet area. When we had minor hiccups or just needed things adjusted the owner comunicated quickly and efficiently. She did all she could to make myself and guest as comfortable and happy as possible. I appreciate her for it all.'

'Although the bathroom is awkwardly placed in between two bedrooms (so that those in one bedroom must pass through the bathroom to get to the kitchen or to leave the apartment, which is difficult if the bathroom is being used) and there is no kitchen, there is a refrigerator, microwave, dining room table, couch with large screen television, comfy beds, closets, and an ample bathroom with a great water flow shower. 'Property has been nicely updated. Rooftop was great. had a problem with the smoke alarm battery reported at 3pm by 10pm the owner showed up and took care of it. Primary prop mgr contact didn't folow up well so called the back up and they followed through and stayed in touch. Bring your body wash, kleenex and ice b/c it does not provide enough body wash for 3 people and 6 nights. Overall it was good, rain almost every day. amenities are not close enough to walk to. 'We very much enjoyed our stay (2 adults and 3 teens). Easy walk to anywhere in Georgetown, easy Uber to the National Mall or out to Dulles. House was very nicely appointed and spotless. Exactly like the pictures. Management service was fast to respond and gave us all the info we needed. Highly recommended!'
