"Overall, the hotel offers luxury, very nice heated pools, great beach and access to SOHO for entertainment. However the biggest issue was the quality of dining at the main restaurant as the food was dry and tasteless. Only the desert table was exceptional. Breakfast was fine though. The other issue that I had was with the stairs that are prone to misstep and there were other lousy design issues that contradicted with the overall nice architecture of the complex."

"It was a great experience. It was my first time alone as a woman to Egypte. To be honest I didnt feel lonley in 6 days. The employees kept me entertained. The waiters and cooks were great. The room cleaner Mohammad was so kind and respectfull. THANKS TO ALL MOHAMMED'S and MAHMOED'S and HAMDY the cook. They were are so friendly and kind to me. DONT FEEL LIKE GOING HOME NOW. The only thing was the status of the rooms. The beds need some renovations. What I found pity was the gym and soa. I was quite disappointed that the gym was under construction and i was not informed before booking. Further, spa is not included. You can use it only if you pay for treatment. Even treatments are very limited. On the website they didn't mention that they have no indoor pool."

"Zeer oud kamer, bedden van jaren 80, àlles jukten. Geen sfeer in de kamer, oude douchecabine. Terwijl werd op de site als 5 sterren hotel opgegeven. Eten elke dag hetzelfde, niet veel keuze. Overal willen ze jouw centjes, voor elk klein dingetje, zeer irritant. Maximaal 3 sterren! "
